If you have read some past reviews, everyone says the same thing. "we booked the Kempinski & know it is the Mark". I can tell you that this hotel is amazing ! Any worries about change of ownership like I had should be of no concern. When I found out about management change I emailed the reservation manager Andrea. Being... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel with our 11 month old daughter recently while on an extended weekend in Prague. We really enjoyed our stay there. We were upgraded to a junior suite which made our stay more accommodating with a young baby. It's a very nice hotel, the location is abs perfect right in the centre of... More

The hotel was incredibly good value and so luxurious. The staff are so kind and helpful, the concierge Libor was particularly outstanding and went way beyond in helping us with every moment of our trip. The rooms are large, clean and modern and in a wonderful location.

We we’re lucky to get an free upgrade to a Junior Suite, which exceeded our expectations. But apart from that, this was a great place to stay. Breakfast is really good and the breakfast hours are extensive (7 – 11 am). We had dinner twice which was yummy. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and tidy.... More

Our travel agent had recommended and booked this hotel for us when it was originally a Kempinski hotel, however, when we arrived we were surprised to find out that it had just changed names about a week before we arrived. We had booked a grand deluxe room since were excited to have a small kitchenette and and seating area. When... More

When we had originally booked this hotel it was a kempinski and changed hands before we arrived. I can't tell you if it was great before but it was fantastic for us this weekend. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and generally everyone seems really happy that works there. We were upgraded to a larger suite and the front... More

We had a really excellent experience at the Mark. We booked it because it was originally a Kempinski and the hotel changed affiliations the month before we arrived. But the hotel did everything to keep our experience first rate. The service (in particular, the doormen and concierge) went above and beyond every day. The room was great and the food... More

Fantastic hotel and staff - nothing was too much trouble. We booked a Kempinski but the hotel had just been taken over by the new company and the standards were excellent. Great hotel chef with wonderful dining.

I lived in Prague for 1 year about 10 years ago and have returned several times since to visit the city and friends. Over the years I have tried several hotels around the city and was very happy with my experience at The Kempinski. The service, from checking in, to the room service, to the restaurant was pleasant. Having lived... More

The two biggest values of this hotel are the personal, friendly service and the breakfast experience (with a wide selection of quality products). The interior garden is a very nice, peaceful place and makes you forget you are in the heart of the city center.
