Internet goes in and out and is very unreliable. We could not control the radiator with the dials on it (went of and on by itself). In spite of it being their policy to clean everyday, we stayed for three nights and they never cleaned once. I was never able to shower because the hot water only lasts for two... More

Apartment is nice and centrally located, we booked for 3 nights and stayed at 4th floor. First day we were alloted a near by apartment with weird entrance. Apartment was good with interiors but Television was not working and geyser had some issues forcing us to use cold water. Staff is helpful, the manager Kristina helped us with other apartment... Apartment in 4th floor: Spacy apartment, nice wooden floor, very good location with very helpful service from the ladies in reception. Negative: no dark curtains so you wake up with sunrise, very very basic breakfast, several light bulbs of the apartment were burned so we had to ask for changing them, the door of the bathroom was not closing properly,... The stairway and hallway is dated. The location is amazing, walking distance to everything in the Old town area . Very quiet at night. We stayed in the top floor apartment. Amazing views. Very clean, comfortable and nice decoration. Breakfast was nice but the only thing warm was boiled eggs. Highly recommended to my friends & family. :)

I've over heard many times that Prague is amazing and that was the reason why i have decided to spend my birthday in there. Me and my traveling buddy booked Royal Road Residence for two people. The only think we have written on the comment was that we would like an early check in. By the time we arrived our... More

Wonderful position in the heart of Prague. The staff was most friendly, the appartments were very nice and the price/quality was super. For a next visit to Prague we will for sure come back! thank you

Went to Prague for the weekend with my husband, we chose this place for its location (its perfectly placed close to Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square) and we got surprised with a good room, good breakfast and quite helpful staff. Definitely would stay there again.

So there's are some confusion to the name "Road Road Residence" and "Royal Road" which are both the same. We booked whatever it was that was cheap and wasn't expecting too much when we arrived. Basically we went from rags to riches and had our own 'Eurotrip' movie moment. We weren't expecting to have an entire apartment to ourselves, especially... More

We (two adults and one child) stayed here for two nights in September. We had a two room apartment on the sixth floor. It is worth noting that the elevator only goes to the fifth and you have to walk the stairs to the sixth. Something to note, if you have heavy luggage. The apartment was large and consisted of... I admit, the thing that let this hostel down for me was that I found it nigh impossible to find. Being abroad, I had no internet on my mobile. I didn't know enough Czech to ask for directions. I was three hours late to arrive due to train delays earlier in the day. On top of all of this, I... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
