We stayed here (two adults, two kids) for two nights with a large group of families as my son was playing in a U12s football tournament in a nearby town. I really can't fault this hotel and would happily stay there again. Luxury it certainly isn't, but it's only a 30m walk (or short tram trip if you're lazy) to the centre of Prague old town and has plenty of restaurants, bars and parks very close by. The desk is staffed 24hrs by friendly staff and breakfast, 7.00-10.00am, is varied and plentiful. What's not to like? However if you want to spend time in your room this is probably not the place for you, not least as there's no TVs!

The location is good, close to the metro stop so you can go everywhere easily, the bedroom was big and cleaned, the recepcionist girl was lovely and friendly. The breakfast is very poor, the bread taste like it was from the day before.

The hotel was good! You did not have much, but it was just what you needed. You had all the basics. Same counts for the breakfast, which is basic, but enough. In 15 minutes you can get in the city center by tram. The staff is friendly, and we really enjoyed our overall stay.

1 of 3 who in the reception has never smile, not friendly and talk very fast, other 2 are good. The toilet room is smelly and the door lock has broken. The door lock of the bathroom sometimes cannot lock. The windows curtain is too thin for people who only can sleep without any light. The location is quite good, easy to take bus to the center, take only 10-15 mins. No indoor slippers.

The breakfast is fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't know the room is with shared bathroom. It didn't show on the booking.com. NOT private room at all. So I had a BAD roommate next to my door. Watch out, you have to ask them if your room is real private or NO. 早餐還不錯,員工很友善。 但我的房間竟然是共用衛浴,這在訂房或入住時都未被告知,而我有一個不友善的隔壁室友。建議在訂房或入住時問清楚是否為私人房間,我覺得入住的很不舒服。

All personnel at front desk was very kind, available and helpful. The room had an old carpet, old bed and mattress, old sheets and blanket, old everything. Door was a glass door and was fragile that a push could have opened. I felt unsafe and scared. Shared bathroom was old but clean. It smelled like bleach. Initially, before arriving, I wanted to book two or three nights, which were not available at time of booking and therefore I was going to ask at the front desk but I got so scared I left the next morning.

Stayed for two nights as part of a package deal. A simple hotel but comfortable and quite adequate for a short break. Paid a premium to get private bathroom and this was achieved by allocation of two adjoining apartments. Cold buffet breakfast was of good quality and plentiful. The two young ladies on reception were delightful and went out of their way to be helpful. We were concerned that hotel is well outside the city centre but this was not a problem. A 5 minute walk to a tram stop where there was a frequent service to city centre, only taking about 10 minutes. There was an advantage in the area in that there was a wide variety of restaurants frequented almost entirely by he local population.

This simple hotel is especially good for groups of friends or families - there are apartments where always two rooms share shower&WC. It is located about 10 minutes by bus from the Old Town. The rooms are basic but clean OK and certainly for a short stay.

It is a very good option for staying in Prague. It is cheap, in a good location with tram stops and shops nearby. The staff speaks english very well, the breakfast was just fine. Rooms were tidy, with comfy beds. Bathroom was also clean. It is a good hotel, in a good location at a good price.

At first we thought we had booked a place way out of the way,....but once we found our bearings, we weren't as far from city centre as we thought. the trams are handy and if you're up for it, the walk is not so bad either... there are some good local places to eat in the area, and also when you get into the city centre. when we were there it was snowing, was lovely. charles bridge etc, all that way is fabulous for photos's, the walk up to the huge cathedral and the castle is amazing for views over the city. then a walking down the cobbled streets to get back into centre is great for shops tucked away!
