Very good hotel. Pretty close (300m to Wenesclas squre) to city center. We were lucky to receive a room with a balcony. We were greeted by a beautiful blonde angel of a receptionist when we arrived, she could help us find parking, thank god. Wifi is fast and free, and breakfast is decent. Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again... More

Just got back from a three night stay over a long weekend. Really good location behind the square and away from the noise and stag parties. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Spotlessly clean and helpful staff

Me & my wife stayed there for 3 nights. The location is quit good, and the room itself is also quit good and cozy. Breakfast is avarege but OK. The main problem was that our room had a door conecting it to the next room. We heard everything going on there - talking, TV, sex and so on... When we... More

Dear guest, thank you for your comment. It is important for us. I want to assure you that me and my colleauges did everything to help you. Guests in the room next to your one were asked twice to be silent. Our hotel was full despite the day of the week. There was only one single room available in the... More

Pros of the hotel - central and clean. Cons - evening/night staff doesn't really speak English, breakfast buffet at the 3* hotel level, noisy street or not really good windows. I definitely suggest to avoid the restaurant - unless you speak Czech or Russian and unless you want overpriced fish that sometimes comes dry as a shoe and other times... More

This hotel lives up to all expectations from earlier reviews. Seems new or recently renovated, with high quality. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and efficient staff. Good location with a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, and only 5-10 minutes walk to city centre. Or close to underground/tram. Great value.

I highly recommend this newly renovated 4-star hotel located in New Town on a small street Balbinova, about five minutes walk to the National museum or the railway station. The prices are really affordable from €45 for a double room, breakfast and free wifi internet connection in all its facilities included. The old charm from the Jugend style building is... More

Nice hotel with clean rooms and a breakfast buffet that allows you to vary your breakfasts just enough. The staff is polite and helpful, but not always very good in English. But they really make an effort to understand you. You will get a very nice value for money here, as the service is better than expected for this price... More

This was one of the best hotels that I have visited. The entire hotel had been recently renovated but kept the charm and elegance of an old hotel. I stayed in a corner room; it was large, comfortable and very charming. The bathroom was really beautiful and spacious. The food choices at breakfast were first rate. Additionally, it was just... My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days after we had an issue with a hostel we reserved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, great location to city center and great value for money. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Because of our issue with the previous hostel we got to talk to the manager... More

My friend and I arrived at this hotel from 08 October to 24 October 2014. In Prague, I was already more than once. But this hotel has left the best memories. I loved the decor in the room and in the hotel itself. Housekeeping every day and all that is necessary: from booking train tickets to recharge for mobile phone,... More

Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighborhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighborhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
