I stayed here to attend a conference held in Marianske Lazne. It's very much like a Holiday Inn or any other large hotel chain. I had booked a single room directly w/ the hotel. Visited during February The Hotel Butterfly commands a good location, overlooking the park and is a short walk (5 minutes) from the centre of Marianska Lazne and only a 5 minute bus ride from the railway station.
