Ugly hotel. Probably one of the few remaining state owned hotels. Need urgently to be renovated. The outside is ugly, the inside is ugly. Food is terrible, service is bad. I am here by accident and will not come back. Swimming pool was closed recently by governmental order, they should close it all the structure. Bad choice.

Hi, I have been a regular at this hotel for 6 years. I come for treatments and I have never had anything bad to say until this trip. the hotel recently appointed a new general manager who I think was recruited from the Gestapo. Massage times have each been reduced to 15 or 20 minute sessions down from 25 to... More

Putting everything related to food quality, sleep quality and location aside... Most staff are rude. The rudest person i've encountered in just 24 hours from our checkin is someone called Dr Olexii Nevidomyi. If you wonder what i mean by rude... He stormed out of his room after a nurse knocked his door and left... The first person in front... More

This person should never be in customer service ever again! Ondrej was incapable of finding an ounce of hospitality. Hotel is not worth a stay. This place is stuck in a distasteful 70's theme. Ondrej Should be Fired.

The pool is open to the public, in fact the main entrance is not through the hotel but about 250m up the hillside. There is a way through for hotel guests as well. Definitely an experience with distinct throw back to the 1970s when the complex was opened. The water is crystal clear and made up 1/3 of the local... More

I have never stayed at this hotel, but use the pool every time I visit. It can be accessed by non-guests at a small fee. The heated pool overlooks the town and is really relaxing after a long day walking.

- Hotel looks like come from 80s, but renovated room (Comfort) was not bad. I took the room with city view and balcony was good. - The inside pool was tiny but enough to have swimming, but the temperature was too cold. - The outside pool was closed, thus I have nothing to say. - Breakfast was in a big... That was like someone put you in a time machine and sent you back to old Soviet Union. I would never believe that you can encounter something as bad as this hotel within EU. Front desk is a definition of carelessness.....rooms are outdated and old.....restaurant is just plain horrible.....breakfast buffet is good only if you want to lose weight because... More

Pros - Location is very good, close to everything, and which is the most important to the mineral water springs. We stayed on 5-th floor - very good room, with balcony and city view. Room is a good size, clean and renovated. Cons - matresses on beds are horrible, so hard that all my bones and joints hurt after each... More
