This family owned hotel and restaurant is one of Carlsbad's secrets. The staff is personable and well informed. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast area is comfortable and the food is extremely good. The restaurant has very, very good food. The hotel is well situated for walking to other places and attractions in KV. I recommend this... More

After staying in 4 other small hotels on my France, Germany , Czech Republic trip, this was top I notch. Hard to drive to but worth it. Great location on KV. Rooms were charming and the service at the desk was top notch. I even got a parking spot right out the front door. Breakfast was in a great room... More

Stayed 2 nights at the spa district at Karlovy Vary. A well managed family run establishment and perfectly positioned overlooking the river and high end shopping area. All staff very friendly and helpful. Room was tidy with a balcony overlooking the river and forrest in the background. Worthy of a longer stay. Do make an effort to do one of... More

It's one of the dozens of high-end hotels in a spa district of Karlovy Vary. However, it has big advantage - parking spots reserved only for hotel guests (other hotes in area usually don't have this amenity). Apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. There is nothing to complain for me about this hotel, although the apartment had no... More

I couldn't complain about anything but the hot weather--and the hotel provided a nice quiet fan to keep us comfortable. This is a truly charming hotel from the pleasant staff who struggle with limited English to make good two-way communication, to the clean and rather large well-appointed room (includes flat screen TV which we never turned on), to the large... I stayed one night at Hotel Embassy, and I was mostly pleased with my stay. I had a very spacious room on top floor overlooking the Teplá river. The bathroom featured a bathtub and a separate shower cabin. There are a few reserved guest parking slots on the street in front of the hotel, and I left my motorbike right... More

I chose this hotel, from the hundreds available in Karlovy Vary, because of its central position. This was ideal. The view from our room at the front of the hotel was delightful - overlooking the water through the centre of the town and down the very green valley. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast (a buffet) was very good.... More

For a deluxe room high season $195. The room (209)is overlooking the river but has no charm . It is large and has a marble bathroom with limited amenities and a musty smell . Fantastic breakfast is included with on order omelets. Wonderful morning welcome from owners and daughters. In good weather, tables on a small foot bridge overlooking the... More

Karlovy Vary counts many hotel, but this one proved to be an excellent choice ; we spent only one night ( a family of 4 with teenagers), but enjoyed the place very much. The location is ideal, on a quiet part of the main street ; the hotel bar, the restaurant, the breakfast hall and the rooms, they are all... More

We've had a longer weekend in Karlovy Vary at the beginning of December, and I have to say that I was very impressed by the service provided in this boutique hotel. That's the beauty of a family run hotel: they pay attention to every single detail, making the customer feeling like the only one in the hotel. The stuff was very... More
