If you don't look for wellness and prefer efficient accommodation in the Centre, than this is your choice. Room is large enough and clean. We spent more time with my wife outside of the hotel enjoying the beauty of the City. Good bed, TV, free WiFi and shower, nothing more. Breakfast could be richer or optionally excluded from the bill... More

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of the spa , a short walk from the impressive Grandhotel Pupp and many mineral springs. We stayed in room number 001 - very large room, large bathroom, comfortable bed . Everything else , however, is just improvisation. On the reception desk work students only, so their services can... From start to finish the best room and location for the price. Very clean and renovated. Includes breakfast that was decent. The receptionist Tatania was amazing and very helpful with all our questions. Wish we could have stayed here longer. Definitely worth the trip the town is right out of a storybook!!!

The hotel leaves a controversial impression. On the one hand, the hotel is renovated, rooms are not shaggy as it sometimes happens in the Czech republic, it is clean and neat, rooms (at least Deluxe ones) are light and spacious. The location is nice: 5 minutes to the springs, the same 5 minutes to the cable car and the Diana... More

Stayed 6 nights (May 2 - May 8, 2013) in room # 10 which faced the side street and was very quiet; could not be happier with my choice of this hotel: superb location, friendly service, tasty and ample breakfasts! Nowadays, the visitors are mainly Russians who come to this idyllic, healing place to obtain their rest and treatments in... More

Excellent small Hotel, only 12 rooms. We had room 5 which was like a small suite. Hallway, double bedroom with really comfy beds, bathroom with shower & a separate sitting room with a view over the river with a tv,minibar, very comfortable settee & chair,. Very clean & airy. Breakfast was on the top floor accessed by a small steep spiral... More

I didn't even get to stay at this hotel and I'm glad I didn't. I made a refundable reservation for 1 night two months before my trip. Their policy says it's 100% refundable as long as you cancel at least 7 days prior to stay. I'm trying to cancel just a week after a I've made this reservation and here's... More

Actually I were transferred to an adjacent 4 star hotel because this one were overbooks. But friends who stayed at Maltezsky Kriz said it is quite OK. The parking is kind of far away. It about 8-10minutes walk. All tourist attractions are in walking distance.

The hotel is situated on the main promenade with no traffic. It is a historic building from 1706, fully restaurated. We had teh room 7 on the 3. floor, superb views, lovely furnishing, bath with shower. The only thing about the hotel: the breakfast is on the 4. floor, steep stairway, not for eldrely or disabled people. The town is... More

First of all, it is an amazingly beautiful hotel, it can be spotted immediately after arriving on the kolonáda, tourists are taking photos about it all the time, etc. Receptionist girls are really friendly, could give info about everything, speaking a lot of languages. There is an elevator in the hotel (!), and if you get a room with a... More
