The Pupp is divided into a 5 star and 4 star hotel section, which is the First Class section I am commenting. This is an hotel which presents itself as a landmark for Karlovy Vary, so you can imagine the big surprise when:

- we saw the room: the forniture was clearly of the cheapest level and had neither a "traditional" tone nor a modern, it was just "old looking"
- it was a cold day and the room was freezing with no possibility to activate whatsoever heating
- the hotel umbrellas has finished and they had no alternative to propose
- we tried to speak with the night consierge to have info on the James Bond casino (you may not know that part of Casino Royale was actually shot in KV) and he couldn't even reply as he couldn't speak English AT ALL

The experience was a total delusion. If it was a 2 or 3 star I would probably give a positive review but I'd definitely expect much more for the ridiculous amount of money they charged us more
