Do not recommend staying in this hotel. Though a three star hotel, our room smelled smokey and muskey. There were water stains on the ceiling and on the walls. One of the mattresses had a huge stain on it. Carpet needed cleaning. Sheets and bathroom were clean, and the room did have an electric kettle to make coffee or tea. more

The Hotel Grand is a very comfortable hotel on the main square in Cesky Krumlov. It is in an old building that has been renovated yet maintains its character. We stayed for a night in Hotel Grand. Location is just excellent. rooms are nice and newly decorated and very clean. Breakfast was buffet and good quality. Great value for what we paid and meets all expectations. Only disadvantage is lack of activities, but Cesky Krumlov is a great town, you would not like to stay in the hotel room.... more
