What a charming hotel the Leonardo is with its ancient stone walls, wide window sills, stone and wood floors, great decor. Just off the main square in the town of Cesky Krumlov. Great room, comfy bed and pillows, lovely modern bathroom, nice amenities. Buffet continental breakfast very nice. Hotel employees very accomodating. more

The three of us received a very nice two-level room (#11) with terrace at Hotel Leonardo (2,350 CZK or about $120 for 3). On the lower level was a couch (converted to the third bed), table, chair, TV, bath, and door to a good-sized terrace. Up some stairs was a bed for two, more seating, and another TV - all... more

We were given an attic room with no windows, only ceiling "skylights" that opened for ventilation. Since it was heavily raining, these had to be kept closed - the room was sweltering. The next day we were promised another room, but when we came back at the time staff directed us to be there to move our belongings, they had... more

We highly recommend the Hotel Leonardo!! It is located just off the main town square and is within walking distance to all major hotspots. The room had a wonderful feel to it with a small hallway opening up to a bathroom and the bedroom. Great service. Continental breakfast included in price of room. WiFi internet and parking including in cost... more

This fabulous little hotel fits very well into its surroundings. Just off the main square, it's a beautifully restored old house with fairly spaceous rooms, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. It was chilly in September but the room was well heated and quite peaceful although I can see that it might be noisey with the window open, especially with a... more

My wife and I stayed here for one night. The location is very central, just off the main square in Cesky Krumlov. There was a fair bit of noise from the pedestrianised street below. This was not a problem with the windows closed but if the weather had been hotter it could have been an issue. The staff on the check-in... more

I’ve always wanted to stay in the heart of a city square. Well, I've now learned - that means people walking around at all hours and lots of noise. It was hot in our room (no AC) so we needed to open the windows. Unfortunately, it was so noisy, especially with the rowdy bar 20 yards away, opening the windows... more

I was drawn to the Leonardo by all of the positive comments I read on TripAdvisor, and now I can add my own. There is a reason why this hotel has been rated #1 in Cesky Krumlov: it is an extremely charming hotel that is located just off of the central town square, is very clean and well appointed, has... more

We stayed two nights at Hotel Leonardo and, having read a number of reviews on tripadvisor before choosing it, felt we had done well. Our room, attractively furnished with antiques, was clean and comfortable and a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The hotel provided free wifi and free parking. The location was ideal and Cesky... more
