We stayed two nights in this accomodation. Although the room was comfortable (including bed and bathroom) and host nice, the hotel had a smell of old smoke. Despite this it is a very cheap place to stay and is only a short walk down a hill to the main centre of Samos. In addition for only 3 euros we had... More

I've recently spent a few nights at Anthousa. I was expecting a very basic hotel but actually, some of the services were of a higher standard (than expected). I stayed at a single room. Basically, it was a corridor that led to a nice and small balcony. Wooden stairs led to a small attic where a double bed resided and... More

Exactly what i was expecting from the rest of the reviews and the recommendations from people that had visited it. The place is a family run hotel with an amazing coffee shop and pastry shop underneath it. It is based right in the center of the capital city of sifnos and its back door is right at the start of... We stayed after a cruise and the relaxation time was very much appreciated. Food was excellent as were rooms. Only complaint was noise from non-carpeted corridors echoing through the hotel. All inclusive drinks were fairly average and served in very small quantities. Had a great time and would certainly stay there again.

This hotel is perfect for someone who hasn't a vehicle because the bus station is exactly near the hotel's entrance. Everything was clean and people was polite. Despite these, I think it was a bit expensive as I stayed there in September and breakfast was not included, there were not something special as view for example. Of course I knew... More

The cafe here serves great coffees, cakes from the adjacent sweet shop and all while you wait for the bus. It's handy to have wifi while you have delicious coffees served in the traditional brikkies. The service is pleasant and quick with plenty of time to catch the bus straight outside the door.

Spent 2 nights at the Anthoussa Hotel whilst attending a friends wedding. Room was clean and functional. Bed was comfortable and room was air conditioned. Room had its own safe for valuables (always a good thing to have). Only disappointment was the shower. The hotel is over the bakery and the aroma is wonderful. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would... More

People seemed very polite when we got there but if you have any complain about the hotel ,they will have a really bad attitude.. Not very clean but the location is nice,we are people who don't like to get into trouble but these people are very provocative with a few exceptions.shame on them because with the same money we could... Not the quietest hotel, since it's near the central bars (busiest on friday nights), but the back rooms are really comfortable, with a lovely terrace surrounded by bougainvillea covered trellis and ideal for the evening sun. Very nice, well-appointed bathrooms with proper shower screens. Really comfortable beds, and excellent cleaning - the room smells fragrant when you return at the... More
