Lost my heart to the island of Sifnos, staying at Geronti Pension and thanks to Nikoletta and Flora it was made it all the more special! I loved our chats, your warmth and kindness, your homemade delicious cakes and biscuits, your comfortable apartment with lovely personal touches even electric blankets - it was unusually cold so these were a very... Price/quality ratio super. In short: clean room, good bed, friendly hosts, good place to sit, beautiful spot. We liked it from the beginning. And the distance to the center of Apollonia is only a 5 minute walk via an old road without traffic. If we go back to Sifnos, certainly we'll choose this place again.

Geronti Pension is a very beautiful and calm accomodation in Apollonia, the right place for whom would like to have a rest. It is just 5 minutes walk from the center of Apollonia and is completely surrounded by friuts trees. Rooms are very simple but in typical Cyclades styile. Nikoletta and her sister are very kind and they give you... More

Don't normally write reviews on tripadvisor and part of me is reluctant to share this little gem of a place but cannot recommend Geronti Pension highly enough. It is an absolute delight to stay here. If you are ever lucky enough to visit the beautiful island of Sifnos, then stay at Geronti Pension. Flora and her family are so warm... More

We last visited Sifnos over 10 years ago and once again stayed at the wonderful Geronti family studios overlooking the beautiful and breathtaking valleys and Aegean sea. Mr and Mrs Geronti were very very welcoming and Mrs Geronti as usual treated us each day with local delicacies or treats from their garden. I cannot recommend these family run studios and... More

Nikoletta's rooms are just perfect. It's nicely located, nice view on the inlands and on the sea. Clean and comfortable room. Wonferful breakfast home prepared with fresh orange juice, yogurt, eggs, bread, cakes... NIkoletta lend us a map to walk around the island, recommended some places to go. And all this for such a reasonable price! Her warm welcome just... More

Lovely little studios with a gorgeous view from the terrace. Beautiful spot with lovely traditional cycladian village walks in all directions. Hostess Nikoletta and her family are wonderfully warm and hospitable and a day did not go past that we didn't get a little treat from their kitchen or garden. Thank you for 7 memorable days and embodying the best... More

Sifnos was our final stop on our island hopping holiday in July 2012, upon arrival at the port we had to get a taxi to Ano Petali (Appollonia), the taxi cost around €9 or so. Upon arrival we were taken to our room, and some minutes later Mrs. Geronti scuttled along with a tray of cakes and juice to welcome... More

I experienced authentic hospitality, i felt being a member of "Geronti's family" for a few days in "Ano Petali" which is located next to Apollonia village in Sifnos island, Cyclades, Greece. The island is amazing and the people are so lovely. Amazing terrace view to the village of Apolonia and the Aegean Sea. The light, the architecture, the sea, the... More

I did a great deal of desktop research on where to stay in Apollonia. I knew the island's beach locations quite well, but had never stayed in Apollonia/Ano Petali and had only a vague memory of how they both connected to Artemonas. I wanted a five location holiday and each location had to provide the best Sifnos experience. Geronti Pension... More
