My partner and myself recently stayed for three nights stayed at White Point. This is a laid back resort ,kid friendly, but if looking for a couples' getaway this is it.We had a beachfront cottage;laid in bed and watched the surf and waves hit the beach;all part and parcel of the unwinding process at White Point.Nice one bedroom cottage, came with all the... Was just there for couple of days. Lucky as the weather cooperated and we had sun and warm temperatures. Hadn't been there for a few years but the beach is still breathtaking and with the renovations in 2012 you can now dine out on the patio. The new lodge has incorporated a more modern look but kept its rustic feel.... More

I was there for a wedding in April. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was expensive, it's best to order from the menu as I like my food really hot. The waiter that service us was friendly, polite and did a good job. I didn't like it that we were so far from the main restaurant and... More

Hi Shelly B - here for a wedding, terrific! Indeed you do get a chance to get out and enjoy our property when you stay - our cottages and guest rooms with the exception of 2 in the Main Lodge are located along the beach, the lake and along the driveway. Depending on where you are you can be up... More

Wonderful stay, We were gifted the honeymoon packages, stayed in an ocean front cottage. On arrival our bed had champagne, handmade chocolates and red roses. The robes are incredibly comfortable, and the fire place kept us toasty. Bunnies EVERYWHERE!! They supply you with bunny food! canoe and paddle boat rental on the lake is a must, cute little trip. The... More

Laruen - delighted to hear you enjoyed your Romance Package. We have the pleasure of welcoming many couples, with so much room to roam, you can find quiet corners or jump right into the mix. As you note ... the ocean surf can get noisy, but is always very soothing. We look forward to your return visit, until then -... More

My husband and I were travelling with our 11 month old twins. When we first arrived at White Point we decided to order room service. We ordered a pizza that we were informed came with a side salad. We order a Caesar salad with it. When the ordered arrived my husband accepted it without looking. When we got a chance... More

cruisininthesun, travelling with twins can be a challenge within itself and we very much regret that we didn't meet your expectations as a family resort. No one enjoys finding things in their salad and we certainly didn't intend for that to happen. We've reviewed your experience over breakfast in the Dining Room with the Team as well. We have high... Had an amazing one night stay At White Point in one of the lovely cottages right on the beach! It was a short walk to see nesting Piping Plovers which I consider an experience that can't be matched. They are protected by rope barriers that every one I saw respected to the letter. Beautiful pristine beach just out the door... More

Dear susandbain4 - thank you for taking the time to explore our beach and check-in on our nesting plovers, we are so proud to have them on our shoreline. Maybe next time you will be able to extend your stay beyond one night so you can really get out and explore our property! Hope to see you again, Donna &... More

We stayed for 1 night as part of our 3 week honeymoon to Eastern Canada. We booked cottage number 12 which was right near the main lodge. The Cottage was rustic and starting to show its age but filled all of our needs for the night. We loved the location and looking out over the beach. We did the nature... More

Our visit to White Point Beach Hotel was perfect in every way, it was awesome! We visited before the big summer holiday rush. Will definitely go again. The bunnies hopping around the grounds made it even better.

Great rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good food, and spectacular scenery. Our favorite stop on a 16 day tour through New England and Nova Scotia. What more can anyone say but "don't miss this place."
