We just returned from two weeks of diving at Raja4Divers and it was truly wonderful!! The resort is stunning in an authentic, rustic way. The bungalows were very spacious, built out over the water and completely open air. The pictures can't begin to capture their beauty. All construction is based on Papuan building processes with wood, thatch and open beams.... More

Just got back from Paradise, the address is Raja4Divers, Pulau Pef, Raja Ampat, Papua, Indonesia Fantastic place, good food, even better staff and what a wonderful location. 7 bungalows on an Island so untouched that it is unreal. Rainforest, mangroves, a house reef, mysterious green waters on the east and white sands on the west. The sound of birds, kingfishers... More

We had a lovely time at Raja. Operations are run perfectly, staff is friendly and very helpful, divers will find all they need. Rooms are luxurious and well-equipped. Food is good, but not very special, would like to see some mixing of cuisines.

Raja Ampat Dive resort is a charming, exclusive hideaway from the rest of the world with vast blue ocean, spectacular reefs and uninhabited islands at its doorstop. The resort is a perfect combination of wild, raw beauty and polished Swiss-German management. The staff, who are nearly all from Raja Ampat area are friendly in a quiet way and have been... More

Great stay in one very remote place. the diving was good, the best being the Fam group. the set up for 2 dives or 3 dives with beach stops is excellent, be sure to take advantage of this, and the mini excursions they put on. Food was exceptional, especially for such a remote place, and a very large dining hall... More

I spent two weeks diving on Pula Pef, the most beautiful island in the Raja Ampat region - not only for scuba divers but also for kayaking. The bungalows don't miss a thing, they're built we love. The management and the staff are of utmost friendliness - they really care for you, always carrying a smile on their faces. Diving... More

Yup...that's right! Raja Ampat is a diver's dream. I signed up for a 10 day trip in July, 2012 to Raja 4 Divers and liked it so much that I stayed for another full week. I have been diving around the world for the last 20 years and this resort is the very best place I've ever experienced. From the... More

Fantastic! If you are reading this report, you are interested in finding the best place/way to dive in Indonesia. Look no further. I sandwiched 2 weeks at Raja4Divers in between two liveaboard trips to Komodo and Raja Ampat. I prefer liveaboard diving, but this resort may end up converting me to shore based. The setting is simply breathtaking--"paradise" is often... More

I loved Pulau Pef! From the first sight of the bungalows fronting the ocean, the sounds of Papuan staff singing and playing their guitars on the jetty when they were greeting us (all dead-tired from multy-leg flights and a 3-hour boat ride) to personalized greetings in my bungalow. The bungalow - WOW! Constructed with 100% local materials, using Papuan technology,... More
