I've stayed on and off at this place over the last 10 years. The rooms located on the road are load. You can hear all the road traffic, double glazed windows would be a great option. The manager & staff park in the only 1 disabled carpark (I'm appalled at this, as they are far from disabled). Poor leadership. Rooms... More

Although the property is dated, it appears to be reasonably well maintained. The restaurant closes at 8:30pm, doesn't open at all on Sundays, and while the menu is limited, the food was delicious. The rooms facing the street have double glazing, so traffic noise wasn't an issue as feared. The room had new carpet and updated finishes, but the bathroom... More

Tiffens is certainly looking a bit tired and worn. Rooms are adequate but nothing special. Aircon is questionable and in the midst of a cold winter did a pretty poor job of heating, plus it was darned noisy. Stayed here for a series of work meetings, including a guest dinner at the restaurant. Food is pretty good, service went well... More

The Tiffins on the Park looks like it was once a bit of a grand old dame, but now its more old than grand. However, having said that, despite it being dated, the room was very comfortable and certainly spacious.

Staff were helpful and couteous without being invasive. The room was comfortable and well appointed for the short stay I had and the dining room was very impressive, as was breakfast. The laundry was extremely handy and well appreciated. Unfortunately I had a evening check in and early morning checkout but or I would have stayed longer and enjoyed the... More

Ever since I was a youngster, my parents always stayed at Tiffins which was Hilton Motel in my day back in the 1950's and I believe the first Hilton establishment in Australia but all different now. Being on Greenhill Road we always stayed there due to convenience and location. Restaurant, pool and location is excellent. Great breakfast. Meals are enormous.... More

Have been staying at Tiffans On the Park for many years on business. We adored the restaurant menu, as it changed every season and the staff remembered us and what we liked each visit. Over the years, and especially this year, the standard has decreased dramatically. Yes, it is close to the city and where our meetings are held. The... More

I was here for a conference and must say I have been fairly disappointed with the accommodation and food. The room is comfortable, but very few amenities that I would expect from a 4 1/2 star. The first 2 days the air con in my room did not work. The restaurant has very little gluten free options and is very... More

We had an Executive Queen room downstairs which was pleasant and cosy in a cool week for Adelaide. The bed was very comfortable, things all worked well. The staff were unobtrusive but extremely helpful and very happy to order taxis for us or hold luggage on our final day. Enjoyed the coffee and breakfast.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the comfort and added space of our Executive rooms during your stay. Even being road side our Executive rooms are insulated from the majority of traffic noise due to the garden area and fence between the room and road. When the weather is pleasant guests may choose to sit... More

Reasonably priced, good location, clean rooms. Does what is says on the packet - a good value basic hotel. Slightly lacking in charm and style. Like somewhere my Mum took us on holidays in the early 90's.
