We stayed recently and enjoyed our stay. The kids loves the playground and for the first time they got to experience a camp fire. The camp kitchen is clean and large. The ablution blocks are old but clean and better maintained then other places we have stayed. Our camp was shelters from the wind and was a nice spot we... More

Thank you for your review of Hamelin Bay Holiday Park. This is indeed a lovely spot for the children to enjoy nature and experience the fun of having a camp fire during our off peak season. Although the weather can sometimes be a little bit rainy and cold at this time of year, there are plenty of sheltered spots out... More

This is a nice site on the pristine WA coastline. Stayed for just a night while walking the Cape to Cape trail which goes right past the park. It was off season, so very quiet and good value ($180 for the night). The Ocean Beach Cottages are well situated, modern and clean. Well appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils and... More

Lovely location, sheltered by where the campsites are from the winds. Beautiful beach. Sadly, it doesn't seem the curfew is enforced, the 'caravan' group that decided to let their kids ride their bikes after midnight (kids under 10) , and the music being turned up loudly after 10:30pm until around 3am... isn't really fair to other park visitors. Lovely to... More

Thank you for taking the time to review Hamelin Bay Holiday Park. Most of our camping sites are lovely and sheltered from the wind. Autumn and early winter are a great time to visit as the park is very green from the rain. When the evenings are chilly there's nothing quite like a cosy campfire. Our guest's comfort and enjoyment... More

Spent a lovely long weekend at Hamelin Bay Holiday Park late last month - the weather was beautiful and sunny (for most of the weekend anyway) and the beach and bush were calm and tranquil. The sting rays in the bay are absolutely incredible - so big and come right up to the shoreline looking for tasty fish morsels to... More

Sadly we went for a water activity weekend but that weekend the water activity was constant rain and strong wind, first time for months, so we adapted and viewed it as a winter break, it was still great but would have been better if the fishing and snorkling were on. The cottage was warm, the air cond worked well. All... More

We stayed one night in an ensuite cabin. The big draw here is the beautiful beach, the rays and the excellent snorkeling at Mushroom rock. Our cabin was pretty basic and dated, however very clean and quiet. Compared with elsewhere in Australia, it was a little expensive for what you get, however we had an enjoyable stay overall.

We enjoyed 2 nights at this park, the staff are great, nothing is too much bother (we had a number of changes for our arrival and departure nights and they never got annoyed with us). The powered sites are huge, we could fit 2 motor homes on the one site and the facilities are clean and well kept. The beach... More

Thank you, we really appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We stayed in a standard cabin and I have to say the cabin was very run down, the expected 70s soft furnishings, lots of spiders on webs and lots of ants, so much so that they were falling off the window sill above our bed and onto our pillows ... I don't usually expect to pay for such an experience!... More

Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide us with constructive feedback on your experience staying with us. As you say, it was unfortunate... More

Location, Location, Location...yes a fantastic place for cabins and seaside accommodation. We booked in the camping area, which was a mistake during school holidays.
