This is for you Joost and all the wonderful staff at Wolgan Valley. I should have written this review a long time ago as this weekend was our 4th time back. It honestly makes it difficult to stay anywhere else as you cannot possibly benchmark your service with any other place in the world. We attended the Antonio Calluci truffle... More

Due to our limo co. assigning a driver who had never been to this area before, an estimated three hour trip took a bit over five hours, leaving us exhausted and disappointed that our first afternoon was gone. We were taken to our individual guest suite, for our three night stay, and it was beautiful. Each guest suite has an... More

This is a wonderful resort and demands at least three nights staying so you can do all of the eco attractions, spa and dining experiences. Beautifully appointed accommodation with fire and plunge pool. Views, restaurant and cheese room with cellar. Don't miss the vegetarian degustation menu and the included wines are perfect.

We left Sydney with high expectations of our weekend at Wolgan Valley.....after descending down into the valley and arriving at the main gate the experience began. The service is exemplary, nothing is too much trouble. The bungalows are beautiful - cosy gas fires, comfortable sofas. The food is a highlight - after canapés and drinks by the fire, we had... More

With a bucket list to stay at as many of the 17 Luxury Lodges of Australia (3 to date), Wolgan Valley deserves its spot on the list. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were made to feel special. Great food and wine. Great service. Spectacular location.

We spend two nights here for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was outstanding. The pick-up at the gates started the stay in the right frame with wallabies and kangaroos greeting us on our drive in. A couple of glasses of fizz at reception during the efficient check-in and then a quick tour of the main parts of the property... More

We loved our stay at wolgan valley. The service was fantastic, even if a little bland. Being Australian my husband and I enjoy chatting with staff, their answers were all very impersonal. We disliked having to wait for a transfer to our room, especially after calling 20 minutes prior to arrival, but once we arrived it was hard to be... More

I have stayed at many 5 star resorts both in Australia and overseas, however, this one tops the list! I could not find fault with the resort, the service, the food, the accommodation and the value for money. This all inclusive resort was absolutely excellent, the accommodation was beautiful, fireplace, indoor heated pool in room, large walk in wardrobe, shower... More

This is one of the most amazing places you will ever stay. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by luxury and outstanding service. Everything about the resort is 5 stars. The rooms are amazing, there is plenty to do, and you will find yourself wishing you could stay longer. As amazing as the resort was, it was the... More

Our second visit to Wolgan Valley Resort was like returning home to spend time with old friends. We spotted two familiar faces from our last visit and surprisingly both men remembered us. The resort remains an amazing sensory experience spanning exceptional foods, wines, Aussie bushland, wildlife, outdoor/indoor activities and even the oil burner wafting an essential oil blend in our...
