When we arrived the room was not pre -heated. The temperature in the room was a few degrees above zero. Not very comfortable. Took a long time to heat. The other guests had no problem. Hope we will sleep well in the cold beds

The main attraction at this hotel, is the thermal pool area, with thermal pools of different temperatures, in a terrace design. The rooms are standard, and they are mostly located in side buildings, so that the noise from the hotel doesn't disturb your sleep. Breakfast wasn't that impressive, but OK enough. This is not the place to stay for the... More

The hotel is supposed to be one of the better accommodation options in Pamukkale but its old and worn. The property is spread out and you have to walk through open passageways to get to the rooms which means wearing your jacket to get around. Rooms were small. Bathroom was basic; hardly any amenities. Although there was a cool feature... More

I was part of a tour group that had previously booked with the hotel. Check-in was smooth and had no problems. When I received my room it had a nice interior and looks very cosy. However, when I tried to connect to the hotel wifi to finish urgent business it asked for an access code which I can not find... More

Stayed for one night on a Turkey tour. The lobby is very nice and spacious the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was "ok". Lots of stairs to get to the rooms. I believe there are three levels. The spa was nice. They have spa packages. Package 1. Peeling foam bath, massage and face mask 60 euros. I had... More

We stayed one night at the Pam, and although we arrived relatively late in the day, we took the time after dinner to get in the hot springs pools. It is the custom at the hotel that everyone must wear a little cap - they sell them - and if you don't have a suit, they sell those as well.... More

It's true what reviewers are saying: The rooms/decor is old/almost dated, but in some ways you can't quite put your finger on. To be fair, I can't imagine how expensive it would be to update this sort of hotel facility. I loved the mineral pools and this fish spa here is better than any I've tried in Greece. I loved... On the surface, this looked like an acceptable hotel. However, rooms were old and in poor condition with damage in need of a major renovation. The thermal pools looked inviting and after sitting in several as temperatures varied in each and rubbing mud over our bodies, only to find out they needed their monthly cleaning the next day. The buffet... More

We stayed at the Pam Thermal Hotel near Pamukkale for 1 night in October while touring Turkey with Riviera Travel. We stayed in room 3003 which was on the ground floor in Block 3. Our room had twin beds, a mini bar, room safe, free Wi-Fi, air con and a TV which I think received CNN and BBC World. There... More

We stayed at this hotel while on our tour of Turkey. The section of the hotel that we stayed in had been recently renovated and was located right next to the hot spring pool. Although the room was very small, it was very comfortable and had a new wall-mounted AC/heating unit. It had rather unusual carpeting, though; probably the thinnest... More
