A great spot to relax and relieve those tired muscles with a visit to the thermal pool. Cake yourself, or someone else in mud and feel the good it is doing you. Then go for a swim in their magnificent pool, a cocktail by the pool and dinner in the restaurant. We had the set menu but I would go... More

I'm not sure who does the hotel rating but this is not even close to meeting the standards of a 3-star hotel! Recently stayed for a night on a tour to visit Pamukkale. How about I just list the pros and cons: Pro - the thermal springs (so I'm told - I never tried them due to the overcrowding). Cons... More

I would have given this hotel a 4 stars if not because it was still under renovation. Stayed for night of 18 May, check out 19 May. Was given a room in block 3 where the balcony door was spoilt (damaged keyhole). It seems the hotel is in a shambles as it took the same repairman as long as 45... More

The thermal pools are the only positive experience we had. Rooms were hot and cramped. To work the air conditioner you had to go to reception and complain - then you were given a remote. There was a shortage of assistance - has to drag our bags to a block away from the main building, then up the stairs. Buffet... More

We stayed one night, room small, linen thin and well used, bed two singles pushed together. Bathroom shower over bath bar to assist getting into bath fell off when used. Towels small and you could almost see through them. Only good thing about the hotel was the thermal pools which were wonderful Dinner and breakfast average

We stayed here as part of a coach tour of Turkey. Why they use this hotel we have no idea, there certainly seemed to be more modern and inviting hotels in the locality. The rooms are in blocks, no lifts to the upper floors so ensure you stay on the ground floor if you have any mobility issues. TV didn't... More

This hotel sounded like a dream come true. But the reality is that the service is second rate, the rooms are basic and a bit tattered, no TV reception, beds are very uncomfortable and there are alot of stairs. The meals were great if you like a buffet with next to no service. They seem to be catering for big... More

2-3 star hotel IMO. Staff watched us struggle in with our luggage, pointing and telling us to “go that way” to check in. No lifts to rooms on second and third floors or assistance with luggage. Thermal pools were great, though facilities could well do with an upgrade. Average massage. Tried out Dr Fish which was fun. Water from the... More

Stayed here as part of coach tour....seems everyone else was doing the same. This hotel is full of coach loads of tourists all forced to stay here. If you had a choice you would stay somewhere else. Hotel is tired and dated and needs a lot of maintenance. Food was some of the worst we had in Turkey. If you... More
