This is a spa/resort with a fun thermal pool and mud bath and a nice pool. The lodgings are more like an American motel lodging: basic and spartan. The rooms are in 2 story 16 unit buildings. There are 2 AC units to bing down the temperature. The food is abundant in the restaurant, but also basic.

This is a budget hotel. Although the lobby looks opulent and the seating areas are comfortable there, this does not carry over to the rest of the hotel. The other buildings where the various rooms are are grungy. With no elevators anywhere is means that you must lug your suitcase (and self) up several flights of stairs to get to... More

Stayed here overnight on May 15 2015,as part of tour group. Rooms very average but clean and close to Pamukkale site. The food and pool at this hotel were exquisite! Great ambiance and very well trained staff! The pool has an awesome view and its own thermals! WiFi was poor but soon fixed, good buffet choice,Turkish dancing entertainment provided.

Stayed here as part of tour group. Rooms very average. No wifi working. No complimentary water but no information provided about mini bar prices or whether you can use the coffee and tea that was there......apparently you are charged. It's a big hotel with many tour groups staying overnight. As a result the buffet dinner and breakfast were a bit... More

Wasn't overly impressed with this Hotel. The surroundings were quite nice, but the food and the rooms were extremely average. The friends we were with agree, and we would seek other other accommodation there next time.

We chose to stay at Pam Thermal based on the reviews of other travellers but were quite disappointed to see the very crammed rooms. the staff was not friendly or helpful despite of repeated requests. Wi-Fi was also not working. Even the breakast and the dinner spread was very average. However the hot-spring and the mudbath on the resort were... More

Rooms were ok, swimming pool the best part, dining room was like a Boarding School eating Hall, staff very pleasant, they wanted you to wear hats in thermal pool but a few decided not to, what were the rules, no one could help. Wont stay there again..

as with everyone else, stayed as part of a tour. I recon it must be the only hotel in Pamukkale. It does look like others are being built though. A very tired room, rock hard bed, the phone line had been cut.. Breakfast was so so but the dining room appeared clean.

This was definitely not a 5 star hotel. Stayed there for a night recently with a tour group. Bell boys didn't help us with our luggage (had to carry up three flights of stairs) at all actually they hid behind the pillars apparently they are to be paid but they didn't even offer us this option (and we had paid... A great spot to relax and relieve those tired muscles with a visit to the thermal pool. Cake yourself, or someone else in mud and feel the good it is doing you. Then go for a swim in their magnificent pool, a cocktail by the pool and dinner in the restaurant. We had the set menu but I would go... More
