The only highlight of this hotel is the outdoor thermal pool. Hotel standards were below average - a fellow companion of mine stayed in a room where the bed was squeaky and the heater was non-functioning well. They provided dinner but it was of poor quality and breakfast was likewise. The servers were rude and interested in helping you if... More

hotel is average....in a nice setting....but the food and buffet were a nightmare just hoards of people crowding and poor quality one could not tell what was what but had no choice as we were on a tour.....the pools were magical and clean...the rooms backed on to the gardens and were clean

Spent one night here on a tour of Western Turkey. Felt the location was too far away from other attraction or facilities. The place was huge and seemed to cater for tour groups. My room was clean and comfortable and conveniently located near the thermal pools, which I enjoyed. Both breakfast and dinner were buffets with a reasonable range of... More

Average hotel with comfy beds, excellent shower and tub, there was this roman tap in there that was interesting, very clean, and a nice size private balcony. No English channels on the television so that was relaxing. Out the window you had this lovely forest to look upon and they had stood three deer with bleached white antlers up there... More

A very spacious and contemporary hotel set close to the hillside whence comes the thermal waters common around this area. There is a standard pool to the rear and behind this is the terraces of thermal water and mud, rising in temperature as they go up the hill. You need a cap for your hair (3 euros) and the experience... More

A really nice location around the thermal area. Hotel has a thermal pool and a normal pool. Rooms where comfortable and clean with a great comfy bed. Awesome evening meal and even more selection for breakfast.

As we drove up to the hotel our tour guide said ,"lower your expectations "and he wasn`t wrong. The hotel has obviously put all their money in to the grand entrance and none on the rest of this run down establishment. Our rooms were in a separate building that was poorly lit and full of mosquitos . The paint was... More

This hotel has a hot spring pool where you can soak yourself there. However, this hotel has no lift, we have to carry our luggage up to 3th floor. Buffet dinner and breakfast not much choices. Mostly tour group people will make a stop here for a night and restaurant always full of peoples. Free Wifi is available. There was... More

Tired, run-down, make a buck wherever you can type of joint. Sad that management clearly takes a lack of interest in their overworked staff and the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Most hotels of any quality in Turkey have smiling, supportive staff. Here you had the distinct impression that they were just going through the motions at the end... More
