As we drove up to the hotel our tour guide said ,"lower your expectations "and he wasn`t wrong. The hotel has obviously put all their money in to the grand entrance and none on the rest of this run down establishment. Our rooms were in a separate building that was poorly lit and full of mosquitos . The paint was... More

This hotel has a hot spring pool where you can soak yourself there. However, this hotel has no lift, we have to carry our luggage up to 3th floor. Buffet dinner and breakfast not much choices. Mostly tour group people will make a stop here for a night and restaurant always full of peoples. Free Wifi is available. There was... More

Tired, run-down, make a buck wherever you can type of joint. Sad that management clearly takes a lack of interest in their overworked staff and the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Most hotels of any quality in Turkey have smiling, supportive staff. Here you had the distinct impression that they were just going through the motions at the end... More

This is a big and touristy hotel. It has several buildings on its compound. It features a swimming pool, mud pool, and an indoor thermal pool (they require guests to buy a swimming cap to use their indoor thermal pool) along with other paid spa treatment facilities. This hotel is not located near any landmarks or city center so there's... More

The only good thing at this hotel is the thermal swimming pool. The room, the bar, the restaurant and the service are all very bad. If you're thinking about staying at this hotel, even for just one night, please don't do it. I've been to hundreds of hotels of all levels in the world, and I can tell this is... More

This was the last hotel on our week tour of Turkey. Room was ok, but lots of things emerged. Firstly, there was a wedding reception around the pool, with the band right outside our window. We had a 4.30 am start and could not get to sleep because of the wedding noise until well after midnight. Secondly, the wifi was... More

Outstanding pool and thermal pools with mud baths. Staff friendly and helpful. There was live music at night but usually finished early due to bar area being close to rooms. The dinner buffet was horrible, the only thing edible were the grapes that were mostly squashed. Drinks are very expensive.

The only thing 5 star is the prices that they charge for beverages. They have the audacity to charge ridiculous prices for the 2 water bottles in the mini bar in the room, which should be complimentary in the first place as these were not listed as chargeble in the minibar price list. Not at all satisfied with this, otherwise... More

This hotel has nice grounds, a pool and lobby but the rooms need a complete overhaul. They are very dated, especially the bathrooms. The dinner was buffet style, a good selection for all nationalities, breakfast was also buffet, heavy on Turkish style. Very touristy but that's what you get when you come to this area.

We were on a private tour and this hotel was included. Yup, lots of tour buses and lots of crowds jamming things up at different times of the day. There are markets for cold cheap drinks and such a short walk away in the town and a small flea market. Meals were normal buffet fare. Hotel staff were pleasant and... More
