We arrived August 12th and ran into issues immediately! First they tried to charge us $100 fee for incidentals.... Excuse me??? Is there room service, wait no there's NO telephone in the room to even order roomservice. Is there a Spa or mini bar here that I don't know about!!!??? NO!! So do not try and add on that fee... Don't stay here. I travel a lot and never leave reviews..good or bad. This place was Sooooooo bad I feel it necessary to let others know how disgusting it is. The pics are NOTHING like the actual hotel. If I were homeless I still wouldn't stay here

I could not have picked a better place for a surprise trip for my husband to Puerto Rico. It was our first time. The hotel and service was incredible. Our Bedroom was the Junior Suite. basic room. there were canopy beds on the beaches, Lounges and the waiters catered to your every whim on the beach. You felt like you... More

I stayed at the Beach House Hotel for about 5 days for my bachelorette party. The good: The location is great, right on the beach in Isla Verde. As a guest you get a beach chair and umbrella and this is a pretty popular spot among locals and visitors on the weekend. The bartenders at Café Plage, especially Jennifer, Fernando,... More

Was so exited to visit Puerto Rico for a long time. When I arrived at 3:30 a.m. was very dark and not in a good shape could not sleep at all with a weird noise coming from water line. The deck is falling apart. The rooms don't have dressers or place to put your toothbrush, very nasty and smelly nothing... More

False advertisement. The website and cost were reasonable and I planned to stay only for a few hours due to a late flight. However this place is not as advertised. The rooms need updating. The covers were OK, but the TV barely worked and the ac was making noises all night long. Luckily there were no parties but I could... More

I saw a roach (like a large roach the size of a pen or pencil) on its back on the stairs as I was taking my luggage up. I thought, don't judge this place yet. The floors were dirty and gritty, the room was very dim. Not much natural light, weird plexi-glass windows that were covered by metal storm blinds... More

I am currently at this "hotel". DO NOT STAY HERE. It is nasty dirty. The pics shown must be 10 yrs old. I had to clean the room myself n it is still nasty. It is like the Tijuana places shown in movies. There should be standards so people don't get taken. I paid in advance, so I'm stuck here... More

I recently stayed at this place and most of the reviews were pretty accurate. I generally try to give any place that I stay at the benefit of the doubt and judge the experience for myself. Lets start with the positives of this place. This place is located on a gorgeous piece of beach front property in a great area... More
