Recently returning from Ronda, I had the pleasure to visit this comfortable, cozy and visually stimulating B&B. It features a lovely patio on the ground floor, three comfortable, creatively decorated bedrooms and accompanying private baths, and a rooftop terrace displaying unobstructed vista views of the countryside. It is conveniently located to all desired local attractions. But Baraka's most memorable feature... More

Moses, I thought this was on FB only but was a surprise seeing it on FB. Thanks so much. The pleasure was mine and the guitar/harmonica private concert on the terrace under the Harvest super full moon was exotic as well. Thank you for contributing to Baraka's and Ronda's magic. A big hug Anahid More

we had a lovely time at the warm and welcoming spot tucked away but in a perfect location in the old town. Our room was good size and including coffee/tea making supplies, a pc to use and a very nice terrace upstairs. Anahid speaks perfect english (which can be hard to find in Ronda) and was very gracious and helpful... More

Even though I can't figure out your identity (I did check my records ...) I still want to thank you for taking the time to write about Baraka. Yes, in the old towns where the roads were made for mules and foot traffic (no cars yet in those times) it's difficult to maneuver but once you get there one feels... More

We stayed at Baraka B&B during our stay in Ronda. Our host, Anahid was so warm and welcoming. Our room was really clean and comfortable, the bed was so so comfy. A fresh delicious breakfast was served with some really superb tips of best restaurants and must see attractions whilst staying in Ronda. The location of this beautiful house is... More

We spent 2 nights at the Baraka Bed and Breakfast, enjoying it very much. The B&B is in a historic building that gave us a great insight to how people have lived in the city over centuries. Anahid supplied us with a couple of choices for parking that was extremely helpful as parking nearby is not an option. She was... More

Dear Leeanne Good to know that you appreciated Ronda and Baraka. Thank you. This is what I enjoy about my work - the connection with guests, specially during and after breakfast. It feeds me and encourages me to continue. And you are another reason to keep me on this path. Hope everything is going well for you and Rae. Best... More

We spent three nights here, after moving to a room upstairs for two nights, all was great. The location is ideal for walking the new or old town. Anahid was a great hostess, helpful with ideas and very positive. Definetly a thumbs up.

Dear Brad and Deb I apologize for the late response but had lots of personal friends visiting alongside the busy season. I'm glad that the move to the upstairs room made you happier and that you enjoyed you 3 days stay here. The pace is similar to Hawai but in a different culture. Thanks for your writeup and kind remarks.... More

We stayed one night in July although if we were doing our trip again I would have made it 3 nights rather than staying nights in Nerja (too touristy) and Arcos (nothing there). Ronda would be a good base to see the area. We had no trouble finding free parking near the square near Bodega San Francisco and it was... More

Dear Wendy I am glad you mentioned that one night is not enough in Ronda. I have quite a few people who had either passed through or stayed one night and come back to spend more time here. Located in the heart of Ronda, Baraka is a charming bed and breakfast with an excellent host. The rooms (3) were quaint and comfortable. We stayed at Baraka for two nights and it just was not long enough. Baraka was the perfect place to stay; situated on a quiet street and close to everything. Stayed for only 1 night but had a very nice experience nonetheless. The B&B is situated far enough from the center to be quiet and hassle free, but still close enough to be within walking distance from the town main attraction (the new bridge). Dear Amir Thank you for your writeup on Baraka. I agree with you that one night isn't enough for Ronda, thus making people return to enjoy it more. i appreciate your comment regarding the ceiling fans.
