My husband and I stayed for two days at Baraka, and the accommodation was in a great location. It was in the old town and was quiet and surrounded by lovely traditional homes and streets. Anahid was a great host, she welcomed us with a map of Ronda and recommendations on where to eat, which turned out to be excellent... More

Dear Gemma Thank you very much for your comments. It was good to have you and Chris stay at Baraka. I am glad you enjoyed Ronda and that my input was appreciated. I love traveling myself and also appreciate any help given to me. I'm not sure if you are still traveling or back in Australia, but wherever you are... More

We were lucky enough to stay at Baraka Bed and Breakfast a week ago, we chose the downstairs room with ensuite. As other previous reviewers have said, Anahid is the consummate host and was a mine of local information regarding the many places of interest to see and of course the multitude of local restaurants. As mentioned by a previous... More

Dear G and P (I'm not supposed to name the guests...) Thanks a lot for your comments. The pleasure was mine. I feel that we could have talked and talked and talked..... I made another clafutis, this time with apricots which I liked better. Next is with cherries or a combination..... Let me know about the dry fruit/nut when you... More

Baraka B & B is a charming b & b in the heart of Ronda close to the awesome Puente Nuevo. The hostess, Anahid, made us most welcome on our arrival and was a source of information on what to see and do in Ronda and the surrounding area (the beautiful Pueblo Blancos). Short term parking for our hire car... More

Dear R and J Thank you for your very accurate description of arrival at Baraka and parking. But foremost thank you for kindness. I agree that anyone who visits Andalucia has to visit Ronda. It is a very special town surrounded with amazing scenery and th pueblos blancos. Wishing you the best. Anahid More

We have just returned from a two night stay in Baraka which we thoroughly enjoyed. The property is situated near to the Puente Nueva in the old part of Ronda, the district called Ciudad. There is residents parking only in the old town but there is a 15 unloading area near to Barraka and then you will find free parking... More

Dear C, thank you for your very balance and factual description of Baraka. Would you like to be my agent to spread the good word around??? I'm also glad that your experience of Ronda was more enriching than your previous day visits. There's so much to do and see not only in Ronda but also the surrounding areas and White... More

I was so lucky to find this wonderful B&B on Tripadvisor as it was a perfect place for us to stay during our visit to Ronda. We received a warm and personal welcome from Anahid who couldn't have been more helpful and informative. The accommodation is very comfortable, with well appointed rooms, wonderful breakfasts and a gorgeous roof terrace giving... More

Dear J, what a wonderful review. I wasn't sure if you had the right person! I also very much enjoyed your and your friend L's short visit, and yes we could have talked all day :-) Maybe on another occasion. Did you have a good time with the horses? I forgot to write down the name of the farm. Thanks... More

All in all we had a good stay here. The breakfast was excellent and Anahid couldn't do enough for us. Other guests took the edge off the stay by being very noisy late at night and then making a lot of noise before 6.00am when they left early.

Dear Richard Thank you for enjoying the breakfast. I did as well specially the conversations. As we discussed, it was surprising that the guests who left early made so much noise because it was the same ones that were extremely quiet the night before. Sorry again for the inconvenience. But I hope the memories that will last are the good... More

Very central location & we could walk to everything in Ronda with ease. Found free parking nearby this rustic, simple traditional b&b. We were very comfortable but found the limited hot water for 2 people showering frustrating although we realise in an old building the size of water tank can be limiting. A simple traditional breakfast was served. There is... More

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. And thank you for finding most to your satisfaction, specially the location. Most of the time the hot water is sufficient but at times, as you mentioned the old building, it could be limited. Thank you for staying at Baraka. Warm regards Anahid More

So glad I visited Ronda. Beautiful town to slow down in. Great hiking trails and unbelievable scenery. My trip was highlighted by my stay at Baraka B&B. Anahid, the owner, is very warm and welcoming, and full of suggestions of things to do. My room was great, as were my breakfasts, and there is a beautiful rooftop terrace. I hope... More

Dear Bill, thank you for the glowing review on Ronda, the Serrania and ... Recently returning from Ronda, I had the pleasure to visit this comfortable, cozy and visually stimulating B&B. It features a lovely patio on the ground floor, three comfortable, creatively decorated bedrooms and accompanying private baths, and a rooftop terrace displaying unobstructed vista views of the countryside. It is conveniently located to all desired local attractions. But Baraka's most memorable feature... More

Moses, I thought this was on FB only but was a surprise seeing it on FB. Thanks so much. The pleasure was mine and the guitar/harmonica private concert on the terrace under the Harvest super full moon was exotic as well. Thank you for contributing to Baraka's and Ronda's magic. we had a lovely time at the warm and welcoming spot tucked away but in a perfect location in the old town. Even though I can't figure out your identity (I did check my records ...) I still want to thank you for taking the time to write about Baraka. Yes, in the old towns where the roads were made for mules and foot traffic (no cars yet in those times) it's difficult to maneuver but once you get there one feels... More
