If you like something rather different this is the place. Rather quirky ,charming & a very characterful place to stay with far reaching views over fields & mountains. Beautiful gardens , delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

I was going to give two stars but my normally generous husband felt strongly I should only give one. We did not stay here, we only had lunch. We had great food everywhere else we went during our long weekend in the Ronda area so this one poor meal stood out even more. The food in comparison to the other... More

Jose has made his old family home into a charming and authentic little hotel. It is very quiet, and with a large garden, a cafe/restaurant, and lovely rooms. We were made welcome in every way by friendly staff, and the kids were able to run around the garden whilst the adults relax on the patios. On top of this it... More

We were walking in the old town section of Ronda looking for a place to have lunch on an on-again-off-again rainy November day. We walked through a passageway between the hotel and the old church (now a museum I believe). On the wall we saw a hand-made sign saying “CAFÉ – Bar secret garden with amazing views". Because of the... More

We enjoyed our stay here back in February very much. The pension is just a little walk from the historic center of Ronda, and still very quite, as it is in a non-traffic zone. The garden and the view from here into the hinterland are breathtaking. We also liked the typical Spanish breakfast we got here.

This is a simple B&B situated below a 12th (?) century church. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom old but perfectly adequate. It is a10-15 walk to the main town with lots to see on the way. if you go off the main road. WE had a simple but tasty breakfast eegs and bacon on toast. Plenty of coffee... More

This is oldie worldie at its best. A traditional ancient comfortable building exuding a livedin history Lovely fresh simple food (we had breakfast and lunch) in the fabulous tiered gardens overlooking the stunning mountains in the distance. Lovely refreshing pool surrounded by a botanic pot pouri. Ideal hotel to do nothing but chill. Genial host who could not be more... More

We had lunch at the hotels restaurant. It is set in tiered gardens overlooking the valley. The food is middle eastern, with a Spanish influence. The owner was friendly and accommodating, especially considering we were a party of 7, with no reservation. We had 3 excellent courses (including a wonderful chicken tagine), plenty of drinks and great service for €12... More

We called to say we were running late, but please hold our reservation. We arrived around 6:30 pm and only one room was available. The room was on the first floor. The room had a dank, musty smell; the window was off it's track and could not be closed; there was dead bee on the dresser which told me the... More

We (57 y.o. married couple) did not stay at this hotel, but rather stumbled upon it during a walk down to the Barrio San Francesco district during our first morning in Ronda in mid-June 2014. The hotel and its garden is in the quiet downhill end of the old town, just inside the old wall and its gate and about... More
