Turned up in Ronda on a Saturday evening with no reservation nad after trying the Parador abd a couple of other hotels found the Don Javier to have rooms available. A great location as a good value price Nice quiet room, but the bathroom could have been cleaner .... did not look cleaned from last visitor. We came into Ronda without a hotel reservation and stumbled on the Don Javier after checking at the Parador for a room. It is located adjacent to the Parador on a pedestrian street leading to the bull ring and is an ideal location for visiting Ronda's sights. The hotel has a very good restaurant attached to it. We found the hotel when we drove to Ronda with our friends. The hotel is located on the main street, right in the center, next to Parador hotel and the bridge. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. The price we paid, 74 Euros, included decent breakfast. Ronda is unbelievably beautiful! more
