The lobby and restaurant is old and dirty. The only good thing is that the staff is polite. Needs renovation and cleaning, and insect exterminating (mosquitoes). more

We loved Rincon and Rincon of the Seas. Right on the beach, beautiful gardens and grounds, pool bar. Walk down the beach to Villa Cofresi, grab a drink in a coconut (beware flying machetes!) and drink it on the beach. Would go back in a hearbeat. more

Rincon of the Seas is more than a hotel... is a wonderful sanctuary, just awsome. As soon as we arrived we noticed the warmth and welcoming service of all the employees, during our whole stay every employee we walked by greeted us and smiled. Excelent service. This hotel definitely needs a renovation, it appears that not one dollar has been invested since its opening. The floor in the room was dirty, as well as the tub. The air conditioner must be replaced as well as the furniture. more
