It is sad to see such a beautiful spot with such dilapidated hotel rooms and amenities. everything from the beds to the kitchen are disgusting and in need of refurbishing. I think the rooms needs to be gutted and completely rebuilt. I would never return to this property.

So we ended up staying here last minute and they were very accommodating. Sonia at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are adequate but nothing fancy. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and adds one green dot to the review!!! Seriously, magical experience. And the beach is nice.

I just stay one night with my family but was enough to said that needs a lot of improvement. Those rooms and facilities are too old. The first room they assigned me was with the door broken so anybody could enter to the room so easy and in the first floor, so I ask to change the room. The door... More

The area is so beautiful and the sunset of Rincon remarkable. But this place needs a lot of improvent in the rooms and facilities. I encourage the administration to do that. They have a spectacular spot, a wonderful beach and the personnel was very kind.

What a disappointment. There was a nice guard at the front gate, so we thought the place would be a little classy. Were we wrong! The room reeked of a moldy, mildew, disgusting smell. It was dingy, dirty, needed repair, desperately needed paint...and there was no hot water for the shower. The "decoration" was a plastic container with a few... More

I booked this one for a short stay in my celebration of my 27th wedding anniversary. Rincon is the perfect spot for spending a short summer stay. Unfortunately, the facilities are quite deteriorated, utilities are old and worned out. Attending staff are courteous and polite though and nearby environment is pretty cool and fun.

We stayed in room # 203. The parking lot is a mess. The floor of the room was dirty, there was sand and dust all over. The door latch was broken, I notified it but they were like "Ok, that's too bad" and that was it, no one went to fix it. One of the lamps had an electrical problem... More

Stayed for two nights while visiting Rincon. Great value for a property bordering the beach. Don't expect CONUS accommodations but a good clean value. Air conditioner was very loud but exhaustion from beach and surfing took care of that.

This was a spur of the moment getaway and the hotel was recommended. The Villa is easy to get to especially from the Mayaguez airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We found our second floor suite comfortable but badly in need of updating. The kitchen, especially, was quite bad. The cabinets and drawers were "clunky" meaning they needed... More
