These apartments are off the main areas of Rincon which suited us perfectly. We stayed in the Papaya unit and enjoyed the spacious deck and unit. It was comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. Don't miss dinner at Mahi Mahi about 10 minutes away. The parcha mojitos are amazing!

This place is special. We are locals, we live in the capital of PR (San Juan) and we needed a break from a very stressful work and study schedule. It was the ideal place and we loved every minute of it, wish we could have stayed a month. I stayed in the Coco Suite and it was just what we... More

Really nice place to stay. Quiet most of the time given the occasional cars that drive by since the road is right next to it. We stayed in the Melon suite, basic but we weren't looking for anything extravagant, so it suited us. Only draw back was mirror in the bathroom was too high on the wall for me (I'm... More

LemonTree was exactly what we were looking for! A low key, quiet, relaxing ocean front property that enabled us to spend romantic time together, while having relatively easy access to all that Rincon has to offer! From the initial contact, Bella Jane (owner/manager) was fantastic to work with and was very communicative, via both email and phone. Upon our arrival,... More

My new wife and I had a wonderful stay. If was far enough away to escape and be alone yet close enough to quickly access everything. It was quiet, well accomodated and the kitchen was just what we needed. Having cold beverages and keep tasty snacks cold is a real plus. Free safe parking was an additional bonus. I wouldn't... Very quite location in Rincon, it's a good drive to any resturants or night life but guaranteed and nice quite rest. One thing they could use is more furniture, there's no room to put your luggage, no dresser or table to put suitcase on.... Other than that ip the location is good, very little beach but usually clam water and... More

This is the second time I've stayed at The Lemotree and it is exactly what I am expecting each time. The staff is amazing and the view is spectacular. It is a perfect place to hang out in the morning and late night in between your daily adventures.

We wanted to stay at a place that wasn't a high-rise hotel full of tourists - and the Lemon Tree suited us perfectly. The location, the staff, the solitude and the proximity to the town were absolutely great. We'd definitely return.

Very close to the ocean, with a great view from the porch of sunrises and sunsets. Liked the idea of little apartment rooms, so we could enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Would have like a larger coffee pot. Air conditioner in bedroom was nice also. Over all a very soothing and relaxing place to stay
