Stayed here for a funeral, and could not believe the great customer service. Front Desk was so helpful in giving directions whereever we needed to go. The hot buffet breakfast was excellent. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Would defintely stay here again. more

We had a comfortable one-night stay at this Quality Inn. Room was very clean and spacious (we booked a king executive room). The king size bed was amazingly comfortable, with a pillow top mattress. In fact, a tag was still attached to the side of the mattress, showing it was manufactured only six weeks ago! However, the pull out sofa... more

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I go to woodstock often, and normally stay at a hotel nearby.. I wanted to try something different so i went to this hotel.. lets just say, it was just okay. 2 problems, their was a musty smell in my room, and the heating was obnoxiously LOUD. Besides these 2 problems,... more

Our group of 5 stayed in 2 rooms adjacent to one another. We thought the staff was very friendly, especially at check-in/out. The rooms were very clean and had ample space. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast which had a large selection of breakfast foods. We even ate dinner there in the restaurant one evening and the food was decent.... more

We have stayed at this budget hotel a couple of times. It is easy to find, close to some good restaurants and shops (Try the JD ribs at Kelseys) and has plenty of parking. The rooms are big, a bit dated for sure but with a fridge in the room and plenty of light and space. Staff were ok if... more

I booked our hotel six (6) months in advance and requested a room facing the pool. When we got there, the room we had faced the parking lot and is located near the entrance which was very noisy. I talked to front desk but they never even bothered to address our concerns. In fact, I booked for another friend two... more

The rooms are large and bed confortable, but the heating is doing a lot of noise. Also the walls are pretty thin and noise isolation not good. This is a pretty old hotel and it needs for sure a bit of refurbishment. The staff is ok but not especially friendly. more

I stay at business hotels several times a month, so I am used to the Hilton's, Sheratons, etc. While this is definitely a budget hotel, I was very impressed with the quality and value of this facility. It is built for families, especially for group bookings / sports teams. The rooms are exceptionally large, beds quite big and the restaurant... more

We stayed here for the Stratford Festival and because we had two small dogs. The first room we looked at was an oversized dorm room...very cavernous! I fault the Expedia picture as the Quality Inns we have previously stayed at had a separate bedroom with a french door. To their credit, the very nice night manager, Lindsay, upgraded us fo... more

This hotel was worth every penny, although it was comparable to others. It accepts pets, and I was there during a Dog Show. It was a great experience. They provided dinner the night you arrived and a continental breakfast every morning. I would like to have seen ice machines on each floor, but the rest of the amenities outweighed that... more
