If you are concerned about paint chipping off the trim, this isn’t the place for you! The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and the owners were incredibly nice and accommodating. It is evident that the owners are customer service driven. This is an old style strip motel. If you’re looking for the Ritz, keep driving, princesses and princes. We were in town for a wedding and this was the closest motel to our venue. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this place to our friends. No danger or safety issues there. Oh the drama! Oh yes, the wifi was perfect.

It's a little out of the way when you don't have a vehicle - was clean & owner was friendly & courteous. Wifi would not work. Coffee machines in rooms would be appreciated. We ended up staying an extra night and had to switch rooms - not sure why. The room we were moved to appeared to have had the door kicked in previously.

After making a reservation on Priceline, I drove 4 1/2 hours to the motel, only to be told upon arrival (around 9:30PM) that they had a plumbing problem and could not give me the room. It's nice that they told me, but not nice that I drove all that distance to find out. It of course ruined our plans for the evening, having to drive to another motel in another town.

We stopped here in the evening to lessen our drive the next day. When we checked in we could see people sitting outside at the end units. We were informed these people lived in the units. Looking at the outside of our room the windows were dirty and the paint chipping off the trim. There was a bbq outside the room-but were told there wasno tank available. Entering the room there was a musty, damp smell. It is a dingy, seedy strip motel. We didn't unpack, deciding to go for dinner. When we came back to our room as were sitting inside the police arrived and approached the people that were sitting at the end units. We were not comfortable so packed up and left. This place should be condemned.

The room is clean and spacious. However, the WiFi and TV do not work very well and there is no coffee and hot water machine. There is no Ice machine either. Great place for staying overnight or just passing by to rest. The owner is super friendly. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night on a weekend and were pleasantly surprised. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. We had a king size bed, fridge, microwave, TV, 2 night stands, dresser/desk and table and chairs. Everything worked fine and we didn't have any issues, but we could of used some hand towels. We never tried the pool but it looked clean. We would stay again. Oh yeah bring a hair dryer.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights in Woodstock and westmount motel was affordable for us. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was well equipped . The gentleman and his family who ran the motel were really friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool was good if a little chilly. There were though a few issues, the flies were awful, the fridge didn't really get cold, the wifi was only really accessible from outside the room and the air con was a bit noisy. For the price though we should over look these things. Will say the lack of tea making facilities was bit of a bummer. Oh and the lock on the door really needed replacing.

Been staying here for over 2 months and after one month we started getting hit with bedbugs. We told the owner and he did nothing. We steamed our room and since then we have found lots of bedbugs. We asked the owner to come look at the bed and see for himself and the first thing out of his mouth was we had to leave. The law says he must provide professional cleaning to the unit and all connected units. Khan the owner won't do anything and says that its us that brought the bugs. But for a month and a half no bugs then our neighbor moved in and right away started complaining about bedbugs but khan the owner would do nothing. About a week after he moved in we go our first bites!! He wants us to go now! Beware of this motel.
