This place is about a 15 min drive to the middle of canberra (and about the same to the gold creek tourist area). It is located next to a service station and there is also a pub located close by. It's a big property... resort style (not sure it's really a resort though) in a bush setting. Roos, rabbits, ducks,... More

Got a great wotif mystery deal here (knew it was Ibis) for 3 nights in May 2014 Was in Block H 179-188.Room is definitely outdated (could use new carpet and new tv, bathroom/toilet and furniture need a fresh makeover). But was clean and did the job. Value for money so no complaints really. I dare say if they do update... More

That said, we would definitely stay here again. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Canberra City. Its very quiet and peaceful. A complementary continental breakfast was included. We upgraded... More

The distance and accessibility to the city was good for us, we do not like to stay in the centre of town. and it was only 10-15 mins. I am not one to complain, but do point out the following on the condition of the hotel: The overall hotel is terribly dated, there really needs to be some funds poured... More

The weather in the ACT was windy wet and and cold over the whole weekend, just kept getting colder, Thank goodness the room was nice and warm when we arrived, reverse cycle air conditioners have their use.
