Pros: the showers had instant hot water, quiet location, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Cons: the pillows are flat and hard, tired furnishings, the room just did not seem clean enough. I would probably pay a bit more and stay at a different hotel next time.

I stayed here for two nights in a single king room and was happy enough with the property given the low rate I paid. It's an older hotel and it shows. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay but it's fine for a weekend. The room was clean and smelled very nice, but you could tell that it had... More

I stayed here the last week in january. Yes its a older motel needing up dating but the rooms are clean and the lady at the front desk is very kind and helpful. For the price you cant argue. Yes the looks play a role in coming back but its the people that work there that is what make people... More

After a bad experience with our reservations with Woodland inn we ended up staying here. The rooms are good sized. Beds were pretty comfy. Don't expect any frills here. But if you want a cheap place to stay and not concerned about free breakfast or a pool; then this is your spot. They do have a ice machine and a... More

No complimentary shampoo, lotion or conditioner - even a cheaper motel usually furnish these. There is NO elevator; so therefore if you are handicapped in any way, be specific about a first-floor room. No continental breakfast, only coffee. The outdoor sidewalk and steps into the motel from the side entrances are dirty, carpet is very worn, no painting on the... More

We were running late and was not going to make our destination. We needed a hotel in Pinetop, AZ. My husband swears by Motel 6; I prefer more upscale hotels. Because this was only for a night, I agreed to Motel 6. Linda, the overnight front desk clerk, gave us a great HUGE room with a kitchen area and loveseat.... More

Clean rooms. Needs decorating but good for the price. Towels are little for bath use. Overall a nice place. The couple that manges the property are nice. No breakfast but coffee and tea served all day. Bobby joes restaurant down the road. Excellent food! Try it you won't be disappointed!

I know it's a Motel 6 so expectations aren't extremely high, but a little cleaning could go a long way. This obviously hasn't always been a Motel 6, so the interior is different and the rooms are spacious, some even with fireplaces which is a nice touch. But how much trouble is it to clean the different types of splatter... More

We were a little concerned by the exterior look of the hotel. So much so that we previewed the room before we checked in. However, "Don't judge a book...". The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The foam mattress was very comfortable. Good Wi- Fi in the room but an old TV with built-in VHS! We didn't use the fireplace... More
