Just spent three days at Rainbows End Resort. We were very pleased with our stay. Firstly we arrived late and our key, directions, and a welcome message were waiting for us at the office. We had a one room cabin with a living room and kitchenette. Plenty of room as we pretty much just slept there and spent most of... More

I stayed with my husband and son at the resort for a week at the end of December. Our room was very nice. It was roomy with plenty of space for us to spread out. My parents were staying at a different place about a mile away and when they came over to our unit there was plenty of room... More

My husband and I rented a couple of rooms for us and family. The room we rented was VERY DISSAPOINTING. When we got into our room it was pretty warm so we left to do some exploring of the mountain. When we returned the room was so cold. My husband who was pretty sick called to report the heater/fireplace not... More

I would like to respond to this review. The guest called me to say that one of their children shut off the gas/pilot to the the gas fireplace. I told him that I was out to a New Years Eve dinner. ( I had a cab reserved for going home after the ball dropped for the new year.) I explained... More

We recently stayed at the Rainbows End Resort this past October and were completely delighted. There were four adults and my 2 year old daughter and we were all very comfortably accommodated in the "Pine" room. The owner of the resort is a very nice man who truly believes in making his guests feel welcome and more than happy to... More

We arrived just after 5:30 pm on the day we were to check in and did not find the proprietor, but rather a note taped to the outside of the door with our names on it and the key to the room. My wife and I booked a single room with a queen bed. The bed had a blanket that... More

Hello - A response to this guests review. First thing in the morning a map with key to the room and resort rules paperwork is made for each room/guest with their name, room name, and wifi password on it.. This paperwork is put in a drop box next to the office door ( not taped to the door) for the... More

We have spent several visits to Rainbow Lake Resort. We have mainly stayed in the Ponderosa as we went with 4 adults and a cat and a couple of dogs. They were always welcome there and we made sure there were no messes or anything left behind. That is why we stayed there was because it was pet friendly. And... More

Nice place to stay with views of Rainbow Lake if cabin is in that location. Not fancy but owner is working on improvements. Location is close to town and shopping and restaurants Close to Sunrise Ski Resort too!

We stayed (2 couples) in the Ponderosa, and we all enjoyed the cooler weather and the hospitality given by Michelle during our stay. We will definately stay again. The reason we picked this resort was all the positive reviews and all of the comments we read were very positive. I can echo all the previous reviewers about the positive reviews... More

All reviewers are right; the staff is friendly and accommodating. My husband and I stayed for two days during the week. Fishing was less than expected but the lake is low and yes, there are a lot of weeds. Room (Willow) was nice; clean and kitchen was workable and faces the lake...TV was adequate. We will return; the view and... More
