We had a perfect stay here! The service was just perfect. We arrived late in the afternoon and after some phonecalls were able to go on a trip into the desert. I lost my keys packing my stuff for the deserttrip and they sent them to me in The Netherlands! Kids had a perfect time at the pool and so... More

Enjoyable stay here. The menu is limited and the food just OK, but the staff is very friendly and helpful and there is a swimming pool to cool off in. The rooms are large and comfortable. We went on an overnight camel safari with them into the Erg Chebbi, which was really good.

Travelling around Morocco in our motorhome we stumbled upon this site by sheer chance and never regretted our good fortune. The staff were pleasant and polite and for ever helpful. The site was very relaxing and the adjoining villages a pleasure to cycle around. Wi fi was free and food available to order every day. The swimming pool though slightly... More

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. We were given a very warm welcome and the manager Mr. Muhammed was a very good host and helped us in understanding the culture and is very polite. He knows English which was a big plus. The property is designed in a way to give a feel... More

We spent almost a week in this area. From all we have seen, this Auberge is the place to stay. Authentic style, lovely setup next to the dunes, nice pool, and good food. The familiy and team running the place are very friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed! DON'T MISS the 1-day trip with Lahcen in his 4WD. The... More

Every thing about the hotel was great. Lovely clean and very spacious rooms, quiet location, with the Sahara at the back door, had a lovely clean, welcoming pool, provided great meals the best soups I have had in Morocco. Lovely friendly and helpful service, WiFi, fantastic landscapes around to walk and soak up the true Berber spirit of the area.... More

Although we only stayed one night in this beautiful hotel during our round trip in Marocco, we enjoyed this place very much. It is localised directly at the beginning of the desert allowing walks into this area. By that one can enjoy all the different atmospheres of the desert (sandstorm, sunset, sunrise). If it's hot in the rooms, one can... More

Great hospitality at a great price. We booked a tent but ended up sleeping on the roof under the stars - an unforgettable experience for under £4 per person per night! We also ate in the hotel. The food was tasty and the portions were very large. The pool was clean and much appreciated. Altogether our one night on this... More

If you are in the Merzouga area....this is the place to be. It was quiet with good facilities and the most surreal surroundings, backing right onto the dunes you are minutes away from the best sunrise/sunset of your life!! I chose to pay to sleep under the stars on the terrace but there's camping and rooms also available. Good food... More

This is an excellent stopover, camped here over the last 4yrs, love the place for it's hospitality, atmosphere and all in a stunning location on the edge of the Erg Chebbi. You get a feel for the real Moroccan auberge and it's owner Mohammed is always happy and helpful. Excellent mint tea on arrival, and if you want, an excellent... More
