I thought this was more of a motel rather than a resort. It all looks a little tired. I was shocked when a lady from reception came around to our room, knocked on our door to deliver a daylight saving notice letter, I had replied "just a minute" and made my way to the door, but she had already inserted... tour was business related but was an awesome place to live. rooms are spacious, veranda was big enough and although room was road facing..hardly any noise. 5mins from town centre. Gardens are awesome and you have a good view of mountains and fields. free wifi available, pool spa and sauna also present. I went during cold winter days and staff... More

We hadn't planned to stay in a resort style place and had been happy with a motel - it was just for the night. However, we got a good deal on a room and breakfast and started relaxing as soon as we arrived. The room was a standard one and spacious - there were 4 of us and we fitted... More

We had a 5 night stay as we had a week of soccer at the nearby Glen Willow Sporting Complex. This hotel was in a fantastic location and had everything available to keep the kids entertained when we were not at soccer. We wanted to check out the town and visit the wineries but our kids wanted to stay and... More

After 2 weeks camping outback in the dust we wanted a good wash and comfort, a bit of luxury. Resort very good for that. We had the more expensive wing, by about $10, which was recently refurbished. Certainly carpet and bathroom looked brand new, air con too apparently but we didn't use it. They advertise "lake view" for these rooms... More

Stayed only one night. Spacious well appointed room. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Lovely outlook from all rooms. Good value for money. Had room service which was prompt and pleasant.

This is a good spot if you are economising and travelling in a crowd. We had a nice time as we were two families together and so appreciated the extra space. The whole place had a smell of air freshener that was unpleasant. Dinner was actually ok but the service very low key and the desserts not really very good.... More

Deluxe room is nice but would be 3 star at best, all other rooms are what you would expect at a motel, we got the chance to view the rooms as are first room we booked the deluxe room smelled like someone had just had smoked 20 cigarettes!!. They upgraded us to a superior room but it was superior only... More

As long as you have appropriate expectations (ie that this place is just a big motel and not really a hotel or resort), you may be satisfied. I was NOT satisfied, as I had forked out for the honeymoon suite, which was not soundproof (couples arguing upstairs anyone?) and had those terrible energy saver globes that made the room feel...
