I stayed 4 nights here. The rooms vary and are quite adequate and have what you need. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Everything was clean Windows that open so no need to use an air conditioner which I don't think was there. Room was cool due to the type of building - previously a convent, so I liked it.... More

I was so pleased with this hotel, the position was ideal for us. It is on the outskirts of the town and although a car is needed to get into town, it is not too far. This also means that you have access to the lovely countryside that can be found in this area. We had a family room being... More

Some of the reviews of this hotel make me question whether we are talking about the same place. This is an excellent hotel that is a converted monastery with a superb swimming pool and breakfast ALL at a fantastic price. The staff were not unfriendly just businesslike and the standard of drink and food served was again very reasonably priced.... More

This hotel is very unique set in the country, about 7 km from the town centre, no transport so ideally you would have a car, however if you don't have a car like we didn't, it is about $16 Euro each way into town. You can take nature walks which are quiet and private (just the donkey next door makes... More

We really enjoyed our stay of 2 nights at this quaint hotel. If your looking for chain hotels with ultra modern facitilties then this is'nt for you. However we were looking for something that had charm and character and we were not dissapointed. Wooden beams everywhere and old fashioned quaint furniture in every nook and cranny. The hotel itself is... More

Great location and pretilly and cosily situated after an extremely attractive short drive up the 'canyon' from Cuenca. On this road, just on leaving the town is the cul de sac leading to the local 'Parador', the optimal position for viewing & viisiting the 'Casas colgadas' & the old town. Meanwhile back at the hotel, the rooms are adequate, the... More

Very scenic hotel which was a convent, in a beautiful location about 7 k out of Cuenca. It has a lovely atmospheric courtyard, and an appealing lounge area with big lounges. Both would be lovely places to have a drink, if you could locate some serving staff. Parking was free. We had a double room, quiet spacious and nicely furnished.... More

It's an attractive old hotel, with a nice dining courtyard. But it could be a lot better than it is and it's very over-priced for what you get - poor value. The room was small and with no air conditioning was uncomfortable in the heat. The reception could be a lot more friendly and helpful, but that doesn't seem to... More

The good things were the lovely location, just outside Cuenca, quiet and peaceful, with attractive courtyard for a drink. The swimming pool was closed as out of season, but would be large and a great place to sunbathe around. Room was clean and comfy, so it was fine for an overnight stay, taking in Cuence on route. The bad things... More

We stayed for only one night and the days were rainy, not allowing to use outdoor facilities, like swiming pool or tennis courts. Nevertheless the rooms are very big and well recovered, perfect if you have two teenagers and want some privacy. Wonderful ambiance. It's a good place to stay if you want to visit not only historical Cuenca but... More
