After tracking down the hotel just after Plaza Mayor, I parked at San Pedro car park which was just a little bit further up the hill - 15€ a day special offer with the hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the old town and you can really get lost in all the side streets trying to... More

Went for 2 days for our 45th wedding anniversary Easy to find using sat nav, signposted in Plaza Major just down the road. Hotel is in a good location, parked the car for 2 days in a covered car park just up the road from hotel entrance at a reduced rate from the hotel of €30. Didn't move it until... More

The location of this Hotel is excellent - right in the middle of the old city of Cuenca. We parked the car (additional cost) & walked everywhere to see the fabulous sights that the old part of this city has to offer. (Avoid the new parts of the city) The room that we were initially allocated was in the attic... More

Charming situation and public rooms nice. Great staff also, but it stops there! Room nicely furnished, but broken tiles, malfunctioning heater, room like a furnace requiring windows left open all night to cool down. The much vaunted breakfast had a great cold buffet but the hot food was a huge let down. Bacon under cooked and cold, eggs over cooked and and cold and a... More

Classed as four start! Hot breakfast ...cold! Coffee machine delivers cold water! Room so hot you have sleep with windows open as you have no control over heater in room. Pull cords on window blinds broken! Shower head hanging from wall cannot adjust it..needs repair...tiles around bath broken and repair job very bad and the dirt in grout is disgusting... More

Beautiful hotel that was perfect for me and my 16-year old daughter. We had an excellent side trip to Cuenca. Great hiking trail from the bridge to the end of town. Rooms in hotel were clean and comfortable.

This was one of my favorite places to stay. Beautiful room with excellent views. Nestled in one of the most amazing towns in the area. 5 star accommodations, priced for a budget. Close to restaurants. Definite recommendation

To reach the hotel, you may have to drive through new Cuenca city from the south via narrow lanes. Beware as you enter the stone portal to access the Plaza Mayor that the road is narrow and there are tons of people and police in the plaza. The hotel is just up the street from the Church in the Plaza.... More

This 4 star property sits right in the center of the old town. It oozed charm and while it was modern it still kept a lot of the old features, the stairs leading to the rooms were very pretty and well maintained with nice features left over from when it was a convent. If you were feeling lazy there was... More

A former convent, as the name suggests, turned into a comfortable hotel with helpful staff, spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. We were offered a room facing the back (requested as per recommendations here) but in the end opted for a larger room facing the street. There was hardly any traffic in the the morning. Parking is across the road but... More
