An old Convent that has been tastefully converted. It has a modern restaurant and a bar plus an outside courtyard backing on to the Cathedral. The entance isn't too impressive but the main staircase - wow. Rooms are nice, functional rather than luxurious but they are large and spotless with loads of goodies in the bathroom. I was a little... More

The room and bathroom were as one would expect, although the beds were quite hard. The heating/cooling device under the window was centrally controlled and unfortunately set to heat, which we found uncomfortable at night. With the window open there was quite a lot of noise in the early morning. Due to the thickness of the walls, Wifi does not... More

A lovely hotel in a lovely place. Extremely well located with all the main Cuenca sights easily reached. The views from our bedroom were superb. The room itself was very comfortable, with wooden beams and traditional furniture and the bathroom was also very well appointed. Breakfast was good with the usual breads, cereals, juices, fresh fruit, cooked items etc -... More

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a block from the catedral, few minutes from the castle gate. The room is comfortable, and the view is amazing. the bed a bit hard but good for us. Breakfast is ok, El Aljibe restaurant very nice and good value. Staff friendly and profesional.

We stayed here for one night during a 4 week driving holiday. We found the hotel very easily using sat nav. It is located in the old town up a very highly inclined street. We were able to park(briefly) outside to unload baggage - the street is very narrow and whilst cars can squeeze by your car, I wouldn't want... More

We only stayed one night. First, there are many positives to this hotel. The location is ideal and it's quiet (our windows were soundproof). It's one of the newer hotels in the area and therefore still very clean. The staff are both friendly and helpful and speak Spanish and English. The price was pretty good at 110 euro a night... More

We stayed in the junior suite, which had a gorgeous 4-poster bed, high ceilings, and the old exposed ceiling beams. Very spacious, immaculately clean, with charming architectural details and decor. The windows have two sets of glass shutters that block out the noise from the square completely. The location couldn't be better. Skip the restaurant and opt instead for El... More

It is situated just on the central street an easy to find. The parking is higher by the street and expensive. Next time it is necessary to ask for the room opposite the street the air condition was out of order and had to sleep almost on the noisy street.

We arrived for a one night stop over and had no problem finding the hotel on the car GPS. Very short term parking is possible outside for unloading but you need to move the car some 100m up the street for undercover parking (quite expensive) or free outside parking. The undercover parking was probably the most expensive I have had... More

the hotel is located in the centre of the old city; you need a GPS to find the hotel (small Streets in the old town). Once you arrived, you have the possibility to park the car in a public parking space (17€/day). The hotel has 34 rooms : tip choose a room 409 ! splendid views from the terrace and... More
