Location: Good. It is close to the old part of the city. Is tricky to get there by car. Rooms: Nice and big room but boring. Bathroom: Very nice bathroom and shower but very cold. Service: Nice people. We didn't use any other service of the hotel, like restaurant. Value: The value was ok for the hotel. Cleanliness: Very clean!... More

This is a good place to stay in Zamora. It's nothing fancy and could use some refreshing but it is well located, clean and comfortable. Zamora is a small city so this may be one of the better options. The hotel has no parking but we dropped our stuff off and were able to find parking about 5 minutes away... More

Stayed here in November for the fifth time en route to Portugal. Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with good variety. Very good value. Can be difficult finding a parking space near to the hotel

We were driving from Madrid to Coruña and stoped for a night at Zamora. We choosed the Nh because of the tripadvisor reviews, and it was a very good choice. The hotel is brand new, build around a recicled old church. It's one block from the Duero river and two blocks from " Plaza Mayor ". It has underground parking... More

Very good more than I expected. I stayed in several hotels during my trip I was surprised of the good quality of everything we experienced. I am looking to reserve a hotel starting tomorrow for 5 nights I think I will go for NH hotels.

Take it easy when the sat nav says you're close or you could blink and miss the entrance. Secure underground car parking there undoubtedly is but judging by the plentiful paint scrapes along the walls it's fairly tight for larger vehicles but once again outside in front of the hotel looks very safe. Room first class with all the facilities... More

Very comfortable stay in this lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for new or old part of Zamora. 10-15 minute walk for each and one street back from the river to walk to both areas too. Easy walking distance to Playa Major for good restaurants and all attractions. Secure car parking at hotel at an extra charge, but parking... More

Easy to find when travelling, which is down to it's location if entering the city from the south and good signage. Good underground car park accessible directly to the hotel by lift. Breakfast just OK but heavily priced at 12.50 Euros and not much hot selection. Tea is loose-leaf with no tea-pots - just mugs provided with little strainers which... More

We stayed at the hotel for one night on our way South and would not hesitate to stay again in the future. Secure underground parking at the hotel is 14 euros and gave my wife peace of mind (it's her car) although there is nothing in Zamora to remotely suggest that street parking is not safe. Quiet pleasant town alongside... More

We stayed here for two nights on our trip to Zamora. It took us about 20 minutes to walk from the bus station, with suitcases. While it was easy enough being downhill on the way here, this meant that we were faced with a slight uphill walk every time we walked into the town centre or any of the attractions.... More
