“overbooked 4 days before arrival”

This hotel has the nerve to cancel a reservation, 4 days prior to arrival. I can only guess, but a 5 night stay is commercially not interesting enough? By Spanish law, overbooking is a criminal act, and I have already set things in motion to address them to this, as they did not respond to the WHY of the overbooking.... More

One problem 902mts from the beginning of Arenal beach. Easy access but a bit far. But otherwise it was this distance and the walk that kept us in shape lolol.
