This was a holiday when you just couldn't wait to get home. To be fair the resort itself is very run down and may hotels have been shut down. The hotel from the outside look pleasant and the cleaners ensure that everything is kept very clean. The rooms however are very small and basic thing like having a draw you... More

Its a short transfer and its situated in el arenal but not on the strip so you will have to walk up hill but its not too bad. be careful of the la plage signs we went left when should have done right. Its a big beech that you could walk on for a mile at least. The whole beech... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights from the 20th October 2014. Hotel was very clean and modern, the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied although the rooms are very small but all in all very good. As previous reviews state there was lack of staff in all areas of the hotel. There were a number of... More

Having seen the previous reviews and have traveled extensively on budget holidays as well as more luxurious ones, at the end of the day you get what you pay for! The hotel is on the edge of El Arenal and a 5 minute walk to the seafront. The rooms are not huge, but actually not that small either - not... More

Stayed at this hotel with my partner during the last week of September and was not very impressed. Whilst the hotel is fairly new and by far the best around , it does not live up to 4 star status. The rooms are tiny and there is very little storage space. The rooms are clean and laundry is changed daily... More

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for 4 nights all inclusive from 05/10/14. My first impressions of the hotel were good. It is by far the most impressive looking from the outside compared to other hotels in the area. It has a grand reception area with large tropical fish tanks, nice seating areas and ornaments. The location is... More

Ok, so the hotel is alright. You can tell it's not very old but it's not anywhere near as good as it could/should be. The hotel is bright and modern but many things were broken in our room and the room was quite small. However, the worst thing about the rooms is their (lack of) soundproofing. I've slept in tents... I just got back from 5 nights at this hotel with my 2 sisters. We went all inclusive and thought for out of season was a good deal. It is in a good location for the airport, however we got a transfer within our package and we sat on the coach 40 mins before setting off then was another 40... More

Positive - shower was great and it was clean Negative - rude female receptionist (thought holidays were a chance to chill out and laugh. Food was cold and no variety, drinks very limited and watered down. Bar closed at 1pm. All inclusive didn't mean all inclusive. Ran from 12noon on day of arrival finished at 12 noon day/night of departure.... More
