I booked this hotel for one week, having payed 59 EUR/night, double room, halfboard. The price was rather low for that period of year. Breakfast was very simple and adequate, but dinner buffet was very very good for a 2-star hotel. Different food every night, consisting of three main courses, salads, fried potatoes, some second courses, malloricas specialties (like paellas... more

We have just returned from a week at the Palma Mazas. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome by an English receptionist Teresa. The hotel was fantastic with on site pool and nearside bar. The children loved the hotel but we were disapointed when were told by the receptionist that they were unable to provide a cot for... more

We stayed at this hotel about 2.5 years ago and enjoyed our stay here, hence us returning. It is fine for a 2 star hotel, nice and clean, food ok, you could always fine enough to eat, although breakfast got a little boring, rolls and cold meat and cheese. I always bought my own cereals down and then had toast... more

Food was unrecosnisable at times with no real variety even after asking the Management. Chicken legs bled on the plate, Cold soup and food every day.... more

Myself and a friend, both early 20's spent a week in the Easter holidays in Arenal. The hotel Palma Mazas is a clean, basic place with generally rude staff, especially the cleaners, who think nothing of letting themeselves in your room whilst your still getting ready! Apart from one English lady who couldn't have been nicer. The food was fine... more
