worst holiday experience ever, the hotel is full of young drunken germans that hurl abuse at the british, the side street the hotel is on has prostitues and 2 dodgy clubs on the street in also full of used condoms, our view was overlooking a run down area of arenal, the staff at the hotel were not helpful at all... more

The hotel is well located only a short walk from the main promenade of Arenal. The bed rooms were found to be adequate although the bathroom are very small and dated and in need of refurbishment. We ended up changing rooms and found both bathrooms to be of similar standards. In the first the door could only open so far... more

Having been to Arenal many times before, i knew what to expect....although this was a different hotel........ Ok, so its may not be the Hilton, but it was pretty good for a 3*, all the staff where very helpful...and even spoke a little English(which makes a change)!....As i didnt eat at the hotel, i cant tell you what the food... more
