I must say that my holiday at torre arenal hotel was a disaster.The major problems are the rooms.I was given a room next to the kitchen and the noise was big...this was not the biggest problem...the door couldn't be shut and was unsecure,I had to use the force to shut it...so I asked for another room...the stuff was ok and... more

The hotel is well located only a short walk from the main promenade of Arenal. The bed rooms were found to be adequate although the bathroom are very small and dated and in need of refurbishment. We ended up changing rooms and found both bathrooms to be of similar standards. In the first the door could only open so far... more

Having been to Arenal many times before, i knew what to expect....although this was a different hotel........ Ok, so its may not be the Hilton, but it was pretty good for a 3*, all the staff where very helpful...and even spoke a little English(which makes a change)!....As i didnt eat at the hotel, i cant tell you what the food... more
