Such a lovely family run place, nice food and the most amazing staff. My apartment has been cleaned every day with new towels and fresh sheets, also has a lovely pool and very good prices for the food and drinks with a pool table and dart board. Would 100% come back here.

The hotel located in the night life part of the town, 1.3 km from the main town beach. Close to all bars, restaurants and clubs. However, the area is rather calm at night. The hotel a bit dated, but kept clean and tidy, with friendly and helpful staff and nice pool beautifully illuminated at night. There is a snack bar next to a pool, but it was closed due to coronavirus measures. Rooms do not have Internet connection, but WiFi access point is next to the pool, so signal is good at balcony or in the room close to the balcony. The connection was good and reliable. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The studio had two rooms: living room with two sofas and another with two separate beds and wardrobe. The living room has small kitchen with all tools and fridge and electric kettle. There is no safety box in the room, but this is typical for Cyprus and I never felt it is really needed. Cyprus is a really safe country. The apartment has bathroom with shower and toilet. There are some 3-4 sockets around apartment, all British ones (type G). Ayia Napa has only 3 thousands inhabitants, the most of locals live in Paralimni, so shops in Ayia Napa mostly sells alcohol, snacks and souvenirs. So for buying something substantial, one has to go to Paralimni, which has Public, Stephanis and Sports Direct. There are quite good Plus Discount supermarkets in Ayia Napa. The smaller one just 300 meters from the hotel next to Ayia Napa Monastery, and the bigger one in 750 meters. Nearby Best Buy Supermarket is also worth visiting. 3 km to the east Ammos Kambouri Beach, which is lovely natural beach off the beaten path. And 3.6 km to the west is Nissi Beach, where all youth gathers to party. The bus stop is next to Ayia Napa Monastery (400m), where you can take bus to Paralimni (501, 502), Ayia Napa Water Park, Protaras, Cape Greco (101, 102), Larnaca or Nicosia.

Rooms are big and have everything you need. We had a few air con issues but it’s free so can’t really complain. Very little noise restriction as it’s so close to the strip. You can go up onto the roof of the hotel (where there are more rooms) which is really nice in the day and a lot of people had pres up there. Food from the hotel is cheap and very nice. Really good atmosphere; they play music around the pool all day. Also an 18+ hotel which is good for lads/girls holidays as you know you won’t be disturbing families. The staff are fantastic, friendly and go above and beyond for you - my phone was disabled and they allowed me to use their laptop for hours to sort it out. Would 100% recommend.

Spent here 1 week but these apartments are really dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned for years. Sunbeds in front of pool are also sooo dirty (check on pictures) there is kitchen but its enable to cook something there because there is almost any equipment. Any soap in bathroom, wifi connection is only in public areas not in rooms, air condition is in bedroom but its location is terrible. In front of bed so we have to turn it off because it was blowing directly to our faces. Also the external unit of air con is located on balcony so when we were sitting on the balcony it was blowing again directly the air to our heads. It is cheap hotel but there is many things they could improve, mainly the cleaness.

This place is bad and dirty, there is Ants everywhere in the apartments, insects in the pool, they put the garbage in front in the entry so u can't enter at night if you have a car to park, and i don't recommend for sure.

Hello, This will be an honest review I stayed in this hotel Club 18-30s between September 2nd - 9th September. I will start with the Positives (Not far from the strip, about 5 minute walk) The Bar Staff were really friendly (Allen was a legend) This was nothing like its pictures. The hotel room was cleaned once during my stay, which i complained several times to the manage who was very rude. I never encountered rude enough manager, who was never helpful and was never at the hotel. You have to Pay for Aircoin/Safe/Fridge We never received any clean towels so we had to buy from local store. The food was disgusting in the hotel, tbh food in ayia napa is not great. (FLAMES) best restaurant in Napa which we found last 2 days :( Hotel is Ant Infested,i woke up one morning with ANTS all over me and my friend. the rooms were never previously cleaned as we found used condom and a pair of knickers ! and finally our bathroom door lock was broken.

This overpriced hotel was nothing like any of the photos provided, we had a number of problems including, poor cleanliness (see photos), two ant mounds inside the room, air con (€60 for the week) was not adjustable due to damage, flooding shower which only provides hot water at certain times of day, damaged bed linen, you’re only provided with one towel and bedsheet a week, you also can’t flush toilet paper. On the positive side the staff are very friendly and location is close to restaurants and the strip! Other than that I wouldn’t recommend!

Me and 5 other girls came to this hotel for our first girls holiday. We was amazed by how nice the staff in the hotel was. And the two reps, Carly and Ella was everything we needed. They was there to help you and made our nights the best. We couldn’t have asked for better reps to make our holiday the best holiday. The hotel was very clean and no problems at all. The hotel it’s self was very nice. We was very impressed with it and we would definitely come back!
