we booked in and were given our room number and all of the usual details concerning all inclusive conditions. this is a large hotel and we had to ask for someone to show us where our room was situated. Booked last minute. Stayed with husband and 5 year old son. Large very clean hotel. Fab pool really warm like a lukewarm bath. Pool great for my 5 year old who gained loads of confidence as the pool was shallow enough for him to swim alone. Pool different depths throughout. Stayed all inclusive.
