Absolute hellhole, DO NOT STAY HERE. first let me start by clarifying I've been to 'cheep and cheerful' resorts for the past 6 years to literally just get slaughtered for the whole holiday so I'm no stranger to basic hotels for sleeping only. don't get me wrong, I don't want anything special with the hotel hence why I booked this....ohh... I'm a Cypriot who loves Cyprus but coming to this hotel has been the worst thing about cyprus. Flooded bathroom , blood on 'clean' bed sheets, the rudist staff going !! Moving our stuff to another room and getting our stuff stolen by staff!! This place is an utter joke!! Never book here or off super escapes!!! It's one big... More

So I booked to stay here in March for July 2014 14th-21st. After reading reviews was dredding it, got there and it proved worse than the reviews. I was looking for a cheap lively place but this hotel is something else it shouldn't even be open. We arrived at around midnight to find out they had overbooked and wouldn't let... More

I stayed here for 4 miserable weeks! No hot water, no wifi, no gas, broken bed, dirty sheets! The cleaners also stole €20 euros off my room mate, they caught her red handed and reception did not seem at all bothered! Everything they promised was a lie. When we checked out we were refused our €50 which we paid each... More

Never more! Thats a HOTEL?! Ofcourse not. It's like a college dorm. After 22.00 o'clock yelling in the corridors-non from the reception reaction of that, water poured from the bathroom under the door to the our room. At the website was written the wi-fi is free of charge- there they said I must pay 20 euro per day. Staff doesn't... More

I've stayed there for 5 days with my friends thinking that we might save up some money on our hotel as we probably wouldn't be needing any of the luxurious services of a 5 star resort, but unfortunately it went out to be one of the worst experiences i've ever had with a hotel. To reach the hotel is a... More

Went on holiday to Ayia Napa stayed at Kalypso Hotel, wasn't expecting a lot after reading reviews, but was overwhelmed when we got put into a newly renovated room, it was decorated all white so fresh looking and very clean!!! The hotel receptionist when we checked in the afternoon was very polite and made our holiday complete with anything we... More

stayed at this a few times and is what you want for a trip to Ayia Napa if your young and wanting to party, the hotel is a little basic but how much time do you spend in your room and the pool is where it happens during the day. you are about a minute walk from the strip and... More

We booked Napa for a lads holiday, the reviews were already terrifying enough before, but a cheapskate friend booked it. We arrived in the early hours whilst the strip of bars near the hotel was heaving with morons. Walking into reception it looked like a bomb had just struck, people laying about everywhere, sick & blood on the steps. On... More
