This place was absolutely terrible. Disgusting. Staff were the rudest people I have ever encountered. We were completely misled about what room we booked. Full of teenage English degenerates. We had to wait two hours in reception before being given a key to a 'room'. Upon seeing the 'room', which was about half a kilometre from reception, and in no... More

We came from Hungary to spend a beautiful time in Cyprus. At first I couldn't believe to my eyes. The hotels main entrance didn't work, we could only get in by another entrance which was next to a night bar. The reception was disgusting, the smell, everything was dirty and the receptionist was yelling with some guests when we arrived.... More

We've seen with my friends many negative comments that we were thinking if we should visit Kalypso. For sure we were damn lucky! Got brand new room, had so much fun to the poolbar, partying all day, music and djs were awesome, everything was just fine! Ok is not suitable for old people, neither for families, but for young people... More

I did not stay at the hotel because I simply refused to be relocated there after my original hotel was fully booked but from what I could see while waiting for my booking to be transferred somewhere else the kalypso is a combination of a cheap night club and a slum brothel. The reception toilets were very dirty, there was... More

Dark and dirty place. The room looked like they haven't cleaned it for a month and smelled so as well. No toilet papers, no glasses, no forks, no stuff to cook with. We asked for cleaning at our first day; they didn't send anyone in the whole week! Droken doors and lights, rotten smell. What is this place? It should... More

I have never been to a disaster hotel like this. 1. No helpful receptionist, all angry face and very rood. 2. No towels. 3. No toilet paper. 4. Sheets with blood. 5. All the room full of ants. 6. Noises all around the hotel 24hrs. 7. We have written down that we have wifi but when we asked, was told... More

Ok, let's start: I ordered a deal to Napa with my friends from Israel, and the agents told it's a clean, sorted and good hotel. But when we've just arrived, we discovered that the opposite is the true: The room is dirty, the beds haven't blankets and some of the beds r broken. In addition, the air conditioner was worse,...
