The hotel is quite well maintained. It has a nice garden and a private beach covered with dusty soil instead of sand. The sea is clean in the mornings but the afternoons are quite windy and the sea becomes rough and a lot of sea weed is thrown out. It is quite difficult to find a parasol and chairs after... More

We just got back from Grand Bleu Hotel in Evia, where we stayed for 10 days and I can say we had a really great time! First about the greatest thing there - without any doubt - ELENA the animator!!! Then, the food - it was delicious, diversified and there was plenty of everything...Great offer for sport activities and sport... More

Don't go here. We stayed here for a grand total of half and hour . The family maisonettes are like windowless two story prison cells with 5 single marine style beds between the two levels. Grotty, old and bathroom disgusting . We were shown another maisonette which was another hovel and the main hotel complex rooms are like prison cells.... More

This hotel isn't something special but it has all that a family needs. The location is good, the pool big and clear enough and the food services are very satisfactory!the all inclusive service should offer a variety of coffees (at least frape) and not only hot filter coffee.

My wife and I visited Evia in a non touristic period. The island is magic! Greek are relaxed, kind, food is incredibly fresh and cheap, hotel Grand Blue is perfectly located, simple, but nice, great price/quality!! Well recommended by me, a touroperating professional. Enjoy the hotel and the isalnd!

We stayed for a short mid week stay while being part of a much bigger trip. Older building which has been renovated but shows wear here and there. The bungalows need renovation. They are small and have outdated bathrooms where the shower has no curtain which is not uncommon in Greece. Sink was leaking. AC in rooms and bungalows. But... More

we stayed for two nights at a top floor suite, the room was spacious, and completely furnished and great, the view breathtaking, the bed very comfortable and the sleep quality excellent, no noise at all although while at the balcony you could hear the A/C machines' sound. breakfast was good but the utensils were VERY VERY OLD. The location is... More

The building is old but renovated. Clean. The showers are too small, though. The meals were all right, buffet style, good variety and nice flavors. I didn't like that I could hear every single noise from outside my room (dog barking from across the hall, drunk French people yelling in the corridors...) especially when it was at 2am and the... I was in July for one week, together with my family and some family friends. Our holiday at Grand Bleu was perfect and a verry pleasent surprise. I was many times in Greece, but for the first time in Evia at Grand Bleu. The hotel is convenient located, in a quiet place with beautifull beach and crystal clear water, 20... More

We visited the hotel for a relaxing weekend with my husband. The building is obviously old and renovated. The room had a balcony overlooking at the see but there were no window shutters, only blackout curtains which could bot keep out the morning sun... Additionally the noise in the morning was irritating. Impossible to sleep after 8 in the morning... More
