An excellent choice for a weekend escape from the city (couples or family). Very polite staff, comfortable beds, everything was clean and breakfast was excellent. Definitely need a car. We had a very nice time.

We - a family of four - spent 10 days at this hotel. Although we were not fully satisfied on various aspects, our overall experience was very good (or better). It is a medium size hotel, with a central building and 4 bungalows units (of around 16 rooms each). The hotel offers a large variety of activities, including two swimming... More

My wife and I spent two weeks at this hotel as part of a Saga group. We cannot find anything bad to say about the hotel. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and the staff followed their example. The food was excellent and the chef would help those with dietary requirements. The only possible drawback is its location, rather... More

The hotel lived up to most of my expectations during a late season, all inclusive week-long stay, except in respect of its immediate surroundings. It turned out to be a convenient base for local, island and mainland discovery during a crucial, fascinating time in modern Greece's evolution. Owned by a local family, the Miramare is personally managed by the genial,... More

We stayed for two weeks all inclusive and thoroughly enjoyed our stay although other guests, absent during the day on Mondays to Fridays, did monopolise the pool with their noisy games at weekends. We understood that they are there on a work related extended stay. However staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were excellent with... More

We stayed for a week on a Saga Archaeological Tour (all inclusive). Room was large and clean - lots of storage and good bathroom. Balcony overlooked the bar but this was quiet after 11:30 every evening; although several guests who were in the "Annexes" complained repeatedly about noise from other hotel guests throughout the night. The breakfast buffet had a... More

we spent a week in that hotel. the location is splendid, ask for a room with the view. 5 minutes walk from the beach which sums up to a little bay with a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. The food is great- homemade- I recommend to have meals on the restaurant patio. The service is great as... More

We had booked a double room in a 'bungalow' with Expedia for less than £50 including breakfast, but were upgraded to a beautiful double room with sea view by the very friendly receptionist. The hotel is modern without being characterless and is spotlessly clean. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool with bar, in pleasant surroundings. The beach is... More
