This is definitely the worst "five star" hotel I've ever stayed in. We went to spend a relaxed weekend and decided to leave after the first night. The house itself and the facilities (restaurant, sauna, pool etc.) are nice, even though the interior design is debatable. The staff and service are just horrible though.
