This is my 2nd visit to Marsh Farm for a meal and I can highly recommend it as a stop off for a beautifully cooked meal, professional and friendly service and a very relaxed and ambient atmosphere. The food is of a very high standard all freshly cooked, not a tin or frozen veg anywhere on the plate. If you... More

My second stop here. First time in the main house and this time in the lovely barn conversion. Both rooms scrupulously clean and well presented. There is a separate kitchen and common area in the barn which is great for making a light evening meal. The welcome and treatment you receive from the kind and extremely pleasant family who run... After driving past this place for years we finally booked to have afternoon tea there, which included myself with hubby and our two boys. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We decided to order the afternoon tea which included tea, sandwiches (lots of choice of fillings), scones and a generous assortment of fresh cakes. My son enjoyed some strawberry... More

I stayed for 5 nights in April in the double en-suite (barn conversion) and can thoroughly recommend this gem of a place. Everything was very clean, the room facilities were excellent, and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfasts in the morning were well cooked and presented, and so all in all I had a good stay. I should add that what... More

My family and I and various friends including a most spritely 100 year old are often here for afternoon tea and sometimes for special occasion meals out of season. It is excellent. Food is top notch - the home made cakes are divine! Everything is freshly prepared and it takes some beating for afternoon tea. Service goes without saying is... More

Stayed here for Saturday night over Easter and was very impressed. Lovely location and surroundings. Lots of car parking room and lovely welcome. Room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Loved the fact that we were in the barn conversion and it had a lounge area where we sat and chilled on the evening - nice home from home... More

We visited Marsh Farm with my cousin for sunday afternoon tea and we were very surprised at how much food we were served with, there were sandwiches (any 3 fillings from the menu) followed by a selection of individual cakes then cream scones washed down with tea or coffee. We left feeling very well fed and very pleased with the... More
