The service people are friendly but miss the experience to be perfect. The kitchen was good but they did not have the daily menu and the bar gives a Affligem in a Heiniken glas... Anyway a pleasure to stay....

Couldn't fault this hotel. Only slight issue was that room was very warm and heating stat did not work. Was very cold outdoors but had to sleep with window open as room was ridiculously warm. My stay was during the recent snow / ice and thought the complimentary ice scapers were a great idea.
