Quiet location. Convenient for stopovers prior to North Sea ferry. Good location to leave your car. Inexpensive taxi fares to ferry terminal. Friendly staff and good food. Bed a bit lumpy but not unacceptably uncomfortable.

Staying at the Premier Inn is fine. No problems. You know what you get here but I advise you to eat anywhere except next door. Their food is rank rotten. First night I got cod and the fish on my plate has never been a cod in it`s entire life. Certainly not fresh either and with the size of it,... More

Stayed here quite a few times and as always first class with very friendly helpful staff. Premier fave refurbished the hotel also with better security door key cards. The free Wi-Fi that Premier brag about is OK unless you want to stream, then it is an extra £5. The only other negative is that there is no electrical shaver point... More

Very good , tidy , friendly place to stay. My wife and myself stayed here for two nights whilst visiting my son in nearby Forest Hall. Excellent room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast very good, pricey as they are , but it's sets you up for the day. Will certainly stop here again.

Very impressed with the rooms in the extension at Holystone. The staff are all polite & helpful. Comfortable beds. Any problems are sorted immediately. We stayed here to visit family. Close to a19 - but didn't here any road noise during our stay. Restaurant a little busy in the morning.

Here the staff go to a lot of trouble to make you feel at home. Additionally blankets and towels were provided pdq. I needed a scraper to remove ice and again one was provided free of charge. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. I recommend Premier Lodges everywhere.
