Value for money stayed on 26th April 2012 for 3 nights we stayed to go to a wedding.we had 3 rooms as a family good room good staff and a good nights sleep we must try and find out where they get there beds and pillows from But you need a car to get anywhere
We were very impressed with this hotel. Our room was very clean and modern, and the baby beds were brand new. The service was fantastic we found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to rebook and stay there again.
The customer service was above standard for a cheap hotel. It was accommodating and cheap for all of my family. The staff were considerate and nothing was too much trouble. The domestic staff were very efficient and trustworthy. The rooms were if a high standard of cleanliness, fresh and tidy upon return at the end of the day.

Well located for travelling into Whitley Bay. Rooms extremely clean as the hotel is nearing completion of refurbishment. Rooms spacious and well priced, especially when booked as a 'Saver'. Breakfast costs up to £1 per person less when prebooked, and is plentiful.
This Premier Inn is one of the best we have stayed in.
Both my husband and i have stayed in many hotels ect this one is by far the best. .
The staff are very friendly,helpful nothing is too much trouble.
