Our cottage located on the shores of Lake Weyba, Noosa included a wood fire place, free standing bath in the master bedroom which overlooks the lake. The verandah came complete with BBQ and comfortable lounging furniture perfect for relaxing and taking in the serene lake views. Our private path to the lake took us to our private lake side deck... It's a shame we only had the time to stay for two nights! I could imagine a week in a relaxing place like this. Check-in was easy and we were promptly directed to our little slice of paradise on the shores of the lake. The cottage was bigger than expected and the welcoming bubbly and cheese platter was a great... More

Cabin right on the lake, no mozzie problem, easy to find, close enough to Noosa to be convenient but far enough not to be busy. Facilities all clean, comfortable and well looked after. Could easily have spent a full week here. PS: Odd post-script, but here goes... Eumarella e-mailed us a few months ago about a development nearby. I went... More

The Perfect getaway. Special mention to the complimentary welcome breakfast pack we received on arrival, which is just what we needed after a long drive - milk, cereal, home made chocolates, fruit juices etc... A very well thought out surprise. Location: We love the beach but this had its own unique and peaceful identity. Tucked away in a nature reserve... More

We're from Melbourne and went up to have a 4 day get away. We stumbled on Lake Eumarella while looking for places to stay in Noosa. If you want to be close to Noosa, but not in the middle of it all this is the place to be. It was such a lovely experience. Our cabin was "Gentle Jane", it... More

We enjoyed a quiet week-end in a deluxe lakehouse (buonovista?). The brekky provisions provided were more than adequate for the two days. Beautifully designed house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My only criticism is the height of the TV - too highly placed for comfortable viewing -gave us neck pains - but we did not need to... More

We stayed at Driftwood and it was true to the website. Very good house with private foreshore to Lake Weyba and stunning view, but quite cold in winter in the bedrooms. Lots of food in fridge and cupboard provided beyond our expectation. Unfortunately our stay was a bit spoilt by the snake just next to our ramp. We are not... More

Many thanks for your valued feedback which is very much appreciated. We did post a response some time ago but unfortunately Trip Advisor seem to have allocated it to another review, so we are responding again now. We are pleased to hear you appreciated our beautiful lakehouses and complimentary provisions supplied, but we are sorry to hear you were cold... More

Lovely location and feels like we were back to nature.. With the kangaroo in the backyard at times. We got the air conditioned unit but it's actually only in the living room. There were a few nights where sleep was impossible as it was so humid and warm. If I know I'm paying extra for the living room air con... More

Our second time here and not disappointed. Serene views over Lake Weyba and only the sound of birds in the mornings. A fire for warmth at night. Will be back. We have stayed in Cormarant and Gentle Jane and can recommend both.

A seven day stay which we extended to eight (preferring the peace and nature to the towers of Maroochydor). Everything perfect - position, peacefulness, close to Noosa, access to lake, birds and kangaroos, sunrise across the lake, the noise of the distant surf at night, paddles on the lake to visit the pelicans - unimprovable. Only problem is that when... More
